I like to drink it cold and shake it up before I drink it, almost like a milk shake. I prefer the milk chocolate flavor, but also like the dark chocolate and vanilla flavors. I drink one every day.

So I thought I would try some since I am so thin and only eat tv dinners since Ron was the cook for 11 years. I look terrible since I was thin to begin with. I went to the doctor to ask for B12 shots. They were very expensive and my insurance company will not pay for the shots. I will be 77 years old in a few months.
