Being 130 lbs at 5'10" tall, I hardly had any weight to lose, especially since I'm one who has a history of seldom becoming hungry and hardly have an appetite at all. I was told to begin drinking Boost, which I did for a couple of years but saw no improvement, in terms of energy level or weight gain. My best friend had an acquaintance who is a doctor. I have recovered and regained the lost weight. At 88 years of age, I am able to garden, maintain my lawn and many other chores. I still drink one several times each week after doing the above chores.
