I get a urge to sit down and try to eat a meal.Sometime my stomach won't let me , that when I reach for the ensure it help settle my problem with my stomach. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 2001 I was treated for brain tumor, had radiation & chemo treatment to the head & neck left me with sore infected mouth, dry mouth, can't swallow. I was on Ensure for 2 years, 3 bottle a day. In those day there were less selection, only regular or plus to chose from. I'm truly grateful how Ensure had help me survive cancer. Now in my old age, my body is turning weaker so I'm back on Ensure again. Happily there's more variety to choose from. With Ensure's help hopefully I'll still be around to write another review in 2021

I like the way Ensure Dark Chocolate has such a strong chocolate taste but is not overly sweet tasting. There is no "Vitamin" or "Cardboard" taste that a lot of supplements have. I first drank it with the dentist suggestion and didn't like the taste so since I needed to gain weight he suggested making a milk shake with ice cream and it was delicious. Several of my folks have Ensure, but I never thought of it for myself. One person raved about the butter pecan, so I thought I'd give it a try. It's good, but I really love the strawberry! Now, I can grab a bottle of Ensure on my way out the door, and no more skipped breakfasts!
