I do eat healthy but at age 70, I need more to boost my immune system. I am confident that Ensure provides this for me.

I only hate that the Butter Pecan is more expensive, I am unable to work so I have NO income so I mostly drink the Vanilla, the Chocolate is to rich for me. When taking this product glucose levels tend to rise due to sugar content. Thus with the lack of flavors available and reducing sugar intake don't use this product as often as I would like.
