It is a great supplement to my everyday diet. I always have one for breakfast and then a light lunch. I've tried other flavours and they are all good, but I prefer vanilla.

I feel it helps me get my day going. A boost of energy to start the morning. I don’t like chocolate anything in the morning, so that favor just wouldn’t work for me. So I started out trying each of the other different favors until I found my favorite. The first time I tried the strawberry I thought, “Wow! Since drinking them they have been in better spirits and healthier than before. They love it cold because they say it taste like a milkshake, and who doesn't like healthy milkshakes.
