[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using Ensure about 30 years it have really helped me because I don’t eat right so it’s a very good nutrition drink if I miss a meal. Since I am going through breast cancer I definitely drink it regular. I was diagnosed with breast cancer Jan 2013 and it came back last year in my liver so I am going through chemo again but I feel better when I drink my Ensure it’s gives me energy when the chemo brings me down. I recommended Ensure to anyone who is going through any kind of sickness and even if you are not I still recommend it because it’s give you energy and also I have used the high protein. I love it and will continue to use .

My doctor told me to start drinking these everyday and soon I was having better energy and was able to work through my jaw injury. These days I still drink one a day to help with my overall health and need for vitamins.

I have not had Ensure previous to the program and have decided to give it a try. I am so happy to have found the BEST nutritional shake and I truly believe it is helping me through out my weight loss journey. It has been 13 weeks since I've started the program and have lost 65 lbs! I truly believe Ensure played a part in my success. My favorite flavor is Strawberry but all of their flavors are delicious!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't always have time for lunch , so I make sure I have a bottle of Ensure with me when leaving for work. It tastes good even at room temperature and is not thick or sticky. The bottles are a convenient size and they are easy to open.

I have always had a struggle to gain weight and since I have started this product I have either stayed at a healthy weight or actually gained much more!
