[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love the Vanilla flavoured Ensure, I drink one bottle a day for breakfast and it keeps me full until lunch. It's light and smooth, has a nice rich flavour. I have 2 children so I am always in a rush in the mornings making lunches and breakfasts for the kids I sometimes forget to eat! Ensure has made it possible for myself to get the nutrients I need without sacrificing the time I need to get my kids started for their day.

So I thought I would try some since I am so thin and only eat tv dinners since Ron was the cook for 11 years. I look terrible since I was thin to begin with. I went to the doctor to ask for B12 shots. They were very expensive and my insurance company will not pay for the shots. I will be 77 years old in a few months. However, I am concerned about my health and I find taking 2 ensures per day, one at 2 AM and the other 2 PM. There's no unpleasant aftertaste. I keep a few bottles of Ensure in my work fridge and grab one when I forget to take lunch. I also keep our fridge at home fully stocked for family and guests.
