I often times take snacks with me in case I am out when I am due to eat. I went to my moms house and forgot about lunch. She knows I like to eat healthy and she offered me one of her Ensure Coffee Latte drinks. I normally stay away from sugar and dairy but I a pinch, this was the healthiest option I had, and I must say that it was very delicious and I love the amount of protein offered. It affects my appetite, and Ensure covers my nutritional needs exactly. I'm partial to the milk chocolate (it's my favorite!), but the other flavors are good too. My wife will use this when she's missed a meal. You can use it as a base for a smoothie, or add it in recipes - the Ensure website has suggestions. Good for people of any age to get that nutrition in!

Ensure was a meal in a bottle. It was fulfilling, and packed all the powerful nutrients I needed. Ensure helped me increase my appetite and stay healthy. I don't know what I would have done without it. Ensure remains at the top of my grocery list. I, even, take several bottles to different family member's houses so I'll always have it when I need it.
