Now, that we are elderly we use Ensure on a regular basis to add vitamins to our body. When we travel I TAKE ENSURE FOR OUR LUNCH.

While sick and also recovering from surgery my husband drank ensure every day to supplement his diet. It was recommended by his clinical pharmacist .
