When I have a migraine and don't feel like eating, the strawberry ensure gives me what I need and tastes great too. On days where I'm very busy and want to skip a meal, I have my strawberry ensure on ice.

Now with older kids, and crazy schedules, we all drink it as a go to for quick nutrition. Even my stubborn hubby! I'm also loving the new flavor ~ Banana Nut! :) It's Yummy too! I have a mini fridge upstairs & Ensure is the ONLY thing I keep in stock. Excellent overall. Tasted like real dark chocolate and has added benefits. I prefer mine cold. Now there are two types ensure original and ensure plus. I prefer the original for me. slightly better taste and only 220 calories. Where as the plus is 350 cal. Ease to confuse.
