It gives me the energy I need to motivate me to do the things that need to be done. I have Have taken it for years,. Recently I was in the hospital for major surgery., and I was so glad to see it sitting on my tray, knowing that the medical community and nutritionists agree with me, that Ensure is the Best. Since I am going through breast cancer I definitely drink it regular. I was diagnosed with breast cancer Jan 2013 and it came back last year in my liver so I am going through chemo again but I feel better when I drink my Ensure it’s gives me energy when the chemo brings me down. I recommended Ensure to anyone who is going through any kind of sickness and even if you are not I still recommend it because it’s give you energy and also I have used the high protein. I love it and will continue to use .

I have not had Ensure previous to the program and have decided to give it a try. It's so handy...take it with in the car, or to work, or a snack at home. Find it satisfies that urge for chocolate snack and also gives me that extra protein to keep me going and alert.
