I bought some dark chocolate Ensure original to drink for my first day after oral surgery since I was not allowed to eat anything but liquid or something soft like yogurt. Day 2 after oral surgery I'm still using the Ensure Original for 2 meals and tried yogurt. I'm getting some great nutrition to get me over the hump before I can eat solid foods and chew without pain. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried both Milk Chocolate and Vanilla Flavored Ensure Original products and I have found that the vanilla flavored one gives me stomach issues but the chocolate flavors is perfect. I use one bottle per day for weight management due to Chemo treatment, and I truly love the chocolate flavored kind. I have even added ice cream and crushed ice to it to make a milkshake for a different consistency and it is amazing. I would highly recommend trying Ensure products fir anyone with weight management issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the flexibility and great taste of vanilla Ensure. I enjoy using it in my smoothies with yogurt and frozen fruit for breakfast. With Ensure I am sure I am getting the nutrition and calories that I need. For mid-morning and afternoon breaks, Ensure is good by itself or with snacks. I also drink Ensure with lunch and dinner to help with my swallowing issues and supplement my nutrition. My throat cancer treatment caused difficulties with swallowing. Drinking Ensure helped to ease the process. Ensure also helped me to maintain my weight and nutrition during recovery. Now that I have finished treatment, I still rely on Ensure to keep me healthy and energized!

Vanilla and Strawberry are tops (with Banana Nut rising) with Strawberry slightly edging out Vanilla. It has that little extra flavor that teases and pleases the palate. I recommend all of the flavors but highly recommend Strawberry for the original. Ensure is unbeatable. Others have tried but none can top it.
