The chocolate flavor is really rich and smooth and helps to satiate my cravings for sweets. Plus it has protein and lots of vitamins. When I was pregnant, I would wake up in the middle of the night starving, and a bottle of Dark Chocolate Ensure was the only thing that could settle my tummy, and get me back to sleep.
