I drink this as a replacement meal, and believe me when I say it's so yummy that you'll forget that it's packed with tons of nutrition! It has 9 grams of protein, 26 different vitamins and minerals, and only 220 calories- you just can't beat that with any other meal replacement drink! My favorite flavor is dark chocolate which seems to sell out quickly from the store shelf. So, when the quantity is available, I try to stock up so that I don't run out.
