I have always had a struggle to gain weight and since I have started this product I have either stayed at a healthy weight or actually gained much more! I've been taking ensure since I was a kid, not for weight gain at that time just for the delicious milkshake taste. Today I use ensure for some weight gain along with my three meals a day really keeps me active and feeling healthy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I follow a schedule when I eat. I start eating at 8am and eat every two hours stopping at 4 (or 5pm latest). I often times take snacks with me in case I am out when I am due to eat. I went to my moms house and forgot about lunch. She knows I like to eat healthy and she offered me one of her Ensure Coffee Latte drinks. I normally stay away from sugar and dairy but I a pinch, this was the healthiest option I had, and I must say that it was very delicious and I love the amount of protein offered. This is def. something I would recommend and I am thankful for my mom introducing me to this.
