I have been using this product since my doctor recommended it almost 3 years ago after undergoing open heart surgery and losing a lot of weight. My husband is also using it and we love the flavor of the buttered pecan. We use the original because it can get pretty expensive with both of us using it every day

I like it because it packs well in lunchs, it freezes so well and will defrost in its bottle and you just have toshake it well and it is a delicious tasting treat for me when I'm craving chocolate and I'm on a restricted diet and fluid intake so it covers all the protein low in sugar and salt. I drink a bottle 3 times a day once after a light breakfast, at lunch especially if I have a lot of errand to run and don't have time to eat and a third one with my dinner. The vitamins and minerals help her get what she needs without extra fillers. Since her colon surgery she is to eat very small meals several times a day.
