I teach Exercise and Line dancing classes at St. Pete Beach Recreation Center twice a week, and Line Dancing at a Senior Residence, Westminster Palms located in downtown St. Petersburg, FL once a week. I love it and my students worship me. My doctors say to keep it up Carol. I will. Ensure gives me the extra dip in my hip and hep in my step I need to be able to enjoy teaching my classes without any problems.

It is a great supplement to my everyday diet. I always have one for breakfast and then a light lunch. I've tried other flavours and they are all good, but I prefer vanilla.

I have over 20+ medical conditions and 20+ medications to take daily, including an oral chemotherapy, so I have days were food is the last thing on my mind. I have tried the Butter Pecan and Strawberry Ensure, and they are so delicious I have a hard time passing on a quick ice cold shake. The coffee latte flavor far exceeds the taste of a brewed coffee house drink and also beats the cost. Not a lot of people I've spoke to know this flavor exists, but it is my go-to drink for snacking as well as calories. Try it.

If and whenever I drink coffee...I try to look for the "nut-flavored" creamers. So, when I came across this, Butter Pecan, I jumped on it!
