When I'm not feeling quite up to par I drink it every day until I'm feeling better. I am over 70 and there are times I can't eat exactly as I'd like too, so the Ensure supplement is the best and tastiest option for me.

I have more than a year taking three Ensure as dinner every day. I take them between six and seven in the afternoon. Then I go to sleep at nine o'clock at night and my stomach does not feel full.
