I started with the Milk Chocolate, but enjoyed the Vanilla as well. The Milk Chocolate is delicious and always picks me up.

My grandfather is a very picky eater, but he loves the Ensure vanilla flavor and drinks it without a problem. Haven't seen a change yet as far as weight but this stuff taste great and does give you energy! I thought it would take my appetite away but actually makes me hungry. So i drink a shake with, before, OR after breakfast and dinner. I just found out they make Ensure Plus so I'm going to switch to Plus and hope to see a quicker change.

I lost 23 lbs and had absolutely no energy. I began home physical therapy and the only way i could get through the day was to drink Ensure. The high protein helped build me back up and now I am doing great. I continue to drink Ensure. It gives me that mid afternoon energy boost and tastes great!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Dark Chocolate Ensure. It is great, and tastes like a milkshake. I sometimes mix in some vanilla ice cream for a thicker, creamier shake. I have also frozen it in cubes and it is like a fudgesicle!

We buy them every time we do our grocery shopping! After my Grandma's surgery, she couldn't eat food at all. The only thing she could keep down at all Ensure. In fact, now she refuses to drink any other nutrition shakes now! ONLY Ensure! I myself spent weeks drinking Ensure after I was diagnosed with Renal Failure. It was impossible for me to keep anything down but Ensure. Our family has tried every other nutrition shake on the market and they can not even begin to compare in taste, consistency and over all quality. Most other nutrition shakes leave the after taste of the vitamins etc Ensure is decadent, indulgent and tastes just like a real shake SHOULD! Please don't change a thing! Ensure has the perfect balance of nutrition and taste without the metallic vitamin like after taste that lurks in other brands. The thick rich texture and consistency is second to none! She calls them “milkshakes” and thinks she’s being spoiled. These nutritional drinks help us out and ease our minds when it comes to what she needs. We don’t know what we would do without ensure!
