This gate is very durable and its extra height is great. The setup can be a little frustrating, that is with aligning it correctly, but overall was not bad. The only problem I see is with the handle eventually wearing out with constant use. The lock for the handle also can be undone easily by pulling the handle with a little extra force. So far though my one year and two year old have not been able to climb or open either gate I purchased.

I bought this gate to use for my two small dogs. One is a dachshund, the other is a dachshund mix. I had previously bought multiple gates, all of which weren't high enough (the mix breed dog can jump REALLY high, especially for being so small). This one is perfect height and neither of them are able to escape. It's great for anytime I'm out of the house or at work. And wasn't difficult to install!

For the price, its a great gate. Its tall, just like we needed. Easy to put up. No screws in the walls. Door width is perfect for me to walk though but everyone else has to turn slightly to completely to the side. We got this for our dog and pet pig so its perfect for us. The dog can't just over it.....yet (she's a boxer) and firs tight enough so the pig can't plow through it like the wooden ones. Wish the door swung both ways. That would be my only complaint. For us its really not that big of a complaint but I can definitely see where it would be an inconvenience to some.

I bought this gate for my puppy, and I needed something that would be tall enough and would last quite a while. He's going to be a big dog, so this was the perfect gate for him. It's simple to set up, and it's easy to maneuver in & out of it. I recommend this to any dog owner looking for a gate for a puppy, or even an adult dog, to keep them from roaming through the house when not at home.

Let’s see the only good thing about this gate was that it was cheap. I did a site to store on this thing and it took only 3 weeks to get here. Yes I said 3 weeks it’s not Christmas or anything so there’s no reason it should have taken this long to get the junkie thing. I was going to set this up on the top of the stairs to have a barrier to keep the dog away from the cats if they needed to run away. There’s a 3 inch gap that this stupid gate doesn't adjust too because the extension is like 6 inches. Furthermore the latch on top didn't even line up with the top bar so it swung both ways. It’s poorly put together and the welds look terrible. It’s going back to the store ASAP.

I needed an extra tall gate to keep my cat out of the baby room. This gate is wonderful. My husband had it set up in a few minutes. It is really tall, there is no way the cat is getting into the bedroom. It is really easy to open and close, after a few times I was able to do it with one hand. The price is really great and it is everything I expected. I am really glad I purchased this gate.

This is the best gate I have ever seen. It installs easily and is a great product. I love opening the gate so I don't have to take it down or jump over it. I love the extra tall feature because my dogs can't jump over it. I would fill my house with these gates. Love this product!!!

The Dog gate really good to separate Kids from Pet, it is good height, but if the dog is big and powerfull, they can break it easily, it serve the purpose for small Puppies. It is good if they would have given the option for wall fit as well, since it is pressure fitting, big dog can break it easily.

Our doorways are 36". The gate fit but was too loose without using the permanent mounting hardware. We were hoping the pressure mounting option would work, but unfortunately due to the size of our doorways, it didn't. Otherwise, it was very easy to install. We returned them and got plastic pressure mount gates that we can just step over.

So my soon to be two year old has figured out almost every gate we have owned, until now! This gate is the perfect height so she can not move the dining room chairs over to the gate and climb over like others. The locking latch is perfect because we can slide it over with our hands covering it so she doesn't see what we are doing, which means she can't figure out how to unlatch it! You do need to screw it into the door frame but that wasn't an issue. The only thing I don't particularly like is the bar on the bottom that you have to step over, it is about an inch high, we haven't tripped over it yet and hopefully we won't. Another thing I would like to point out is that the gate opening is not very wide so it is a little tricky carrying my toddler and diaper bag through it but I have gotten used to it. Overall this is the best gate I have ever purchased! I would recommend it to anyone with kids or pets.
