I spent several hours researching at several different sites for a barrier . I needed one to fit a 92 inch opening. Although this one is much larger than I needed , it folds out so I was able to use just what I needed inside my home and then when I need it as a play yard I just fold out the rest and connect it together. It is AWESOME! It comes all put together. And you can't beat the price. I found playards on other sites, but they were at least double the price. I would definitely recommend this product.

This gate is not worth the money! A gate for this price should last through all children, not just a month! First, the gate is very difficult to put up. Only certain sections will connect to the wall so if you need to remove pieces to shorten the gate, it doesn't always work out. You really have to make your area fit the gate instead of the other way around. My husband ended up taklng each piece apart, trying to find a combination that worked, and three connecting pieces broke in this process- before we even had the gate up, it was broken! Another problem with the gate is the connecting pieces. Even though the sections of the gate are metal, the connecting pieces are plastic. Our 10-month old son broke several of these pieces just trying to get through within a month of owning the gate. We literally had to duct tape the sections together until we were able to get a new gate. On a positive side, the child-proof lock did keep our son from entering the swinging door without assistance from either ofus. I imagine it would have taken him quite a while to figure out how to open it!

This gate was easy to assemble and fit perfectly around our fireplace hearth. We chose to mount the gate directly to the wall on both sides of our fireplace so it would protect our little one from falling into the raised hearth. We're very happy with our purchase!

I would not recommend this flimsy thing if you need to keep your baby safe. Mine came damaged and the door does not shut properly do to warping so I cable tied it shut and just step over it. My dog could open it easily if it were not for the cable ties. The panels are slightly warped, just enough to make it look kind of junk. It works ok for me because I am just trying to keep a 10 pound Shih Tzu out of my homeschool room so she doesn’t eat crayons and distract my son. I wouldn’t trust it if the gate was there to keep her safe though. I’ve had it installed for about 12 hours and it looks kind of junky and like it has been used and abused for a long time. It’s just too much trouble to return it though.

We needed something the expanded between 2 walls, about 14 feet, so the options are limited. This will fit our needs. Husband had to rebolt it to the wall, the screws provided weren't long & we didn't anchor into the dry wall so they ripped out pretty quickly. We have since put in longer screws to studs.

I am really happy I decided to take a chance and purchase this gate. I purchased this to help keep my dog to one area when I leave the home(she has problems peeing on the carpet). So I bought this to keep her in an area where if she did potty, it was not on the carpet. I also love the fact that this can change into different shapes, ie: a circle, rectangle or square. I absolutely love this gate. It can be used for many things.

Our 11-month old is very strong, so we needed a gate that was of very sturdy construction. Lo and behold we found this gem and for a great price. Now our baby can safely play in our family room with no worries. I'd recommend this to product to all parents with infants and toddlers.

I had been looking for a gate to keep my child away from our fireplace, but most I found were almost $200. I found this gate and purchased it right away. I was amazed when I opened the box...it is huge! It has 2 sections, almost like getting 2 gates for the price of one. I used one half for the fireplace and plan to use the other half at the bottom of our stairs! So glad I purchased this instead of the pricey ones. Would purchase this again and again.

I really like that it's long and has a gate to walk though instead of going over, however even if it's screwed on the wall it's still wobbly. I was able to adjust the length of this by removing two frames which was difficult and stressful. The instructions do say this gate can be used also like a play pen but I just use it to keep boundaries between where my puppies can be during the night and when the family is gone. My only problem is that the screws were not inside the packaging of the gate, so I had to look for some other screws in my home which worked fine. Overall it's a great product, I really wish I can adjust more of this gate and remove one more frame but I couldn't since there is a tricky pattern of how it is assembled to each frame.
