This cheese is delicious and the price for 2.5 lbs is very good. You would pay this amount or more for only 2 lbs at a grocery store without the quality unless you were purchasing Tillamook brand.

This is a really good cheese. I love Colby Jack. It doesnt last long at our house. We use it for snacking, tacos, quesadillas, and on salads. It grates up nicely and slices good too.

High quality made cheese. Tastes great but I feel that its expensive. I love to buy the block of cheese and shred it myself and store for later to save money and enjoy for a later time.

This is a good cheese, It’s not as soft as I’d like . It’s really good though, fairly smooth mellow taste . I use this melted on top of burritos sometimes . It’s very nice.

This is our favorite cheese. We put it on everything from nachos to sandwiches. Buying it in block form allows to slice for sandwiches or grate for melting.

Love this brand of cheese. The Colby jack in particular is very good. The block of 16 oz cheese last me longer than shredded cheese. And I love this for tacos, Mac and cheese and plenty other dishes!!

I really enjoy this Colby Jack cheese. It’s the only cheese I really buy because I do not like cheddar. It’s very delicious. It has a good smooth taste. It’s not too bold. Highly recommend to others

I can rave about Tillamook all day. Their cheese is creamy and delicious. Perfect for shredding and melting, but also great on its own as a snack.
