Very fresh. Lasts a long time without getting moldy

This cheese is delicious and the price for 2.5 lbs is very good. You would pay this amount or more for only 2 lbs at a grocery store without the quality unless you were purchasing Tillamook brand.

I don't think there is another brand that is as deliousis as this brand. I love to put it on everything, it's great with crackers. It's smooth and creamy taste is the perfect blend of Colby and Jack. Yum yum!!

Tillamook is. A brand I go to if it's on sale. Their cheese tastes so good. It tastes.like.real cheese not like the fake processed.kind that's on the market.

This is my family's favorite cheese ever! It grates beautifully, melts the way I remember cheese being from when I was younger and is super cheesyand stretchy, and taste amazing! We go through a big block a couple of times a week. Highly recommend!

Love this brand of cheese. The Colby jack in particular is very good. The block of 16 oz cheese last me longer than shredded cheese. And I love this for tacos, Mac and cheese and plenty other dishes!!

As you can probably tell from my other reviews of this brand, I love their dairy products. Their cheese is so satisfying with the perfect amount of saltiness and creaminess.

I love this brand because it's halal certified so I don't need to worry about pork enzymes being used but it is super expensive compared to other brands!

High quality cheese products--I fully trust that anytime I buy Tillamook's cheese products that I will be getting a superior product. It is affordable yet high quality. Love it and highly recommend it.

I love anything which is made by Tillamook! All of their cheeses are smooth and delicious and also great for cooking. I highly recommend Tillamook brand.
