we bought 2 chairs (gray) last spring. they are very comfortable. we have looked at these for sometime and finialy bought them. we wanted chairs that were weather resistant. we left them out in the winter, they get hit regularly with sprinklers, and rained on. they do get spotty from water but wash them off with soapy water and good as new. we wanted to buy 2 more this spring but the price has really gone up. if you can afford them they are a great chair and look great in your yard.

We bought 4 of the brown adirondack chairs. Unfortunately, the shipper was a bit rough with them and 3 came with broken pieces. We contacted customer service, and they quickly offered to send out replacement parts, and do what they could to make it right. The chairs assembled nicely, and seem to be very well constructed. I am hopeful they will last a long time. They look great around our fire pit in the yard.

Bought these chairs about 2 years ago after having gone through several other products. We live in New Hampshire and have these chairs on our front lawn. We've left these chairs out for 2 New England winters and they look like the day we bought them!! I can't say enough about them and would buy them again.

It's one thing to produce a good product, another to stand behind it with superior service. I bought two of these chairs two years ago. The chairs themselves are great -- comfortable and sturdy. But after a 1,000 mile move, one of the screws on a chair went missing. A call to the company resulted in a call with a nice representative who offered to send a couple of screws right away. Can't beat that!

We bought 2 chairs for our backyard, they look beautiful, However the arm rest and back of one of then have few defects, Called customer services, Randy was very professional and guide us through the process, he is Excellent, I would recommend you to ask for him, if needed. We bought one chair at BJs for pickup which was evidently the floor model because it was already put together. It had two small light-colored stains on the seat we didn’t think were that big a deal. We ordered the second chair from BJs and had it delivered to us. It was one day old when our two year old grandson came to visit and got sunscreen from his hands on many places on the chair. I tried to remove those spots with various cleaners, and nothing takes those stains off. The redwood color looks awful with those stains. The first chair’s light-colored marks must have been from food or people touching it at the store. You don’t want these chairs around young children.

We bought the chair a little over 2 years ago. One of the bottom seat slats cracked. Evidently the name "Lifetime" is only a name. I was told we had to purchase a new part, no warranty, and that you cannot buy just the one slat. Rather, you must buy the whole bottom section. Extremely disappointed in the product and company not backing their product

We were so excited about the two gray Adirondack chairs we purchased for our new home until we took it out of the box and began the assembly. The holes did not line up well, at all. One chair took 3 hours to assemble. We have had them for a week and the arm rests have spots all over them. Wish I bought a different brand and spent a little more money!

I wanted a place in my deck where I could relax and read. The outdoor dining set chairs were not working! I got 2 chairs. My daughter has claimed the other one. These are sturdy and well made. My son put them together for me. We had a problem with one part and Lifetime immediately sent out a replacement. Love them!

We have bought 6 of these for our lake home and absolutely love them. Very well made and easy to assemble. The finish is very smooth and the chairs are very comfortable. Customer service was also very helpful with a minor problem that was resolved very quickly (our fault using the incorrect screw).
