I bought two of these from Costco and am very happy with the purchase. There were a lot of reviews about the difficulty in assembly, however they were very easy. Use a drill and do not tighten all of the screws until you have them started in place. The holes line-up fine. I had both of them assembled in 60 minutes.

Several years ago we bought Adirondack chairs and stools made from what we were told cypress. They literally fell apart as the elements consumed them. There is all manner of fungi growing on them! After unsuccessfully attempting to contact the business that built them, I decided to buy 2 of yours. They were easy to put together and comfortable. So, we bought two more. I wish you made small tables and foot stools to go with them!

I purchased four of you Adirondack chairs for our deck a few years back....Such a confortable Chair, our guests always comment on this...My Grandson was being rambunctious by jumping from chair to chair and broke one of the 20” seat boards...I called customer service was lucky enough to speak to Heidi who was so helpful is sending that one board to replace my,broken one...rather make be buy the whole seat kit....I was a fan of the product but now am devoted to your wonderful service...will spread the word...THANK YOU HEIDI... We have had 6 of these chairs for 4+ years around our fire pit. They are currently covered in snow, but every season we power wash off the black spots and they look brand new again. Only imperfection is our fault from a fire amber starting to melt a 1/4" spot. If they made a children's model, id buy a couple in a heart beat for my daughter and friends

we bought 2 chairs (gray) last spring. they are very comfortable. we have looked at these for sometime and finialy bought them. we wanted chairs that were weather resistant. we left them out in the winter, they get hit regularly with sprinklers, and rained on. they do get spotty from water but wash them off with soapy water and good as new. we wanted to buy 2 more this spring but the price has really gone up. if you can afford them they are a great chair and look great in your yard.

I love this chair, but had a terrible time assembling it. Usually we delight in assembling furniture and other items, but this one was a real challenge. The holes on the arm rests and supports didn’t line up by a half inch. It took two people, with experience, two hours to assemble.

"Lifetime" is a brand name folks, not a statement. Ours admittedly were outdoors. Kind of seemed that was the place for them. We live in San Diego, so excess of weather isn't the problem. I weight under 200 pounds. About three years out started rotting and splitting where seat slats attach. Most all of the slats are now gone, and chair is useless. So rotted I can't even do a DIY fix. Were nice while they lasted though, and we didn't have the assembly problems others experienced. That, I guess, gets us to two stars. Know what you are getting though: a two year chair.

I have 4 of these chairs and LOVE them until one of the seat slats broke. They won't sell you a replacement slat, you have to buy the entire seat section. On top of that you have to pay for shipping on the seat section verses one slat. Great product but not very customer focused if there is a problem. Not sure the Lifetime name is appropriate.

Ordered four- impossible to assemble each one in less than a backbreaking, sweating, prying, pulling tugging, cursing fury. It made no difference after I built the first one, the second one took exactly the same time and fought the entire way. Cheap Allen key provided strips within four screws - and there are 48 screws per chair. Holes don't line up, everything needs to be put together loose, fought to get to line up and then everything needs to be retightened. One of the two I assembled so far arrived with a cracked seat bar. I don't have the patience nor the time to fight with putting the other two together and am considering either lighting them both on fire in my driveway or lugging the 65 pound box each comes in back to my local store for a return. DONT BUT THESE - NIGHTMARE - MADE IN CHINA TOO BTW.
