Have had 2 of these adirondack chairs (model 60064) for about 3-4 years now. Was very happy with the chairs, but over the winter one of the chairs had two slats break (one of the breaks also cracked the base/leg support where the screws connect). No big deal I thought, should be able to just order a couple replacement parts and be back to working order...especially considering the same model is still for sale on their website. Was actually going to order a couple extra just to have on hand in case it happened again. Nope, apparently they don't have any slats for sale for that model because it's a common problem. Hmmmm, well if they still make this model and it's a common problem, one would think you could still get the parts to fix it. Not very happy at all about this. If the model was discontinued, at least I would understand, but it's a current model. Heck, I'd even take a rough length board and cut and drill the slats myself. Not expecting a "Lifetime" guarantee, but it's a misnomer to call it Lifetime when it's more like sorry, you are out of your 2 year warranty period, just buy a new one.

These chairs are very comfortable, however I purchased because of the "durability" and "cleanability" versus the wood adirondack chairs I have always used. Within 2 years they have been destroyed by squirrels! We have a plethora of outdoor seating and these are the only item that the squirrels have destroyed. I'm unsure what is in the makeup of the chair that attracts them, but if you have squirrels in the neighborhood I would suggest a different product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this chair and planned to put it outside but it was too cold so we decided to just leave it in the living room until it warmed up. Well, now I'm thinking we need to plan on getting a couple of new ones to put outside!! This chair is beautiful and we have had so many compliments on it! It looks like real wood (our kids are convinced it is), the grey is subtle and nice, and it is very sturdy. But more than that, it is super comfortable. For part my job I have to spend hours at a time working on a computer from home. My back usually gets sore pretty quickly and I have to take several breaks. I decided to use this chair the other day while I did my work and I didn't even realize that 4 hours had passed and my back wasn't even sore! That was definitely an unexpected bonus! The building instructions were very simple to follow and took me about an hour to build by myself. I can't wait to use this outside (warm summer nights with a book are calling my name!), and see how it holds up. Great product!

We bought 2 chairs for our backyard, they look beautiful, However the arm rest and back of one of then have few defects, Called customer services, Randy was very professional and guide us through the process, he is Excellent, I would recommend you to ask for him, if needed. Ordered 4 of these chairs, every single one had scratches, one had a broken arm. They are not packed well and the pieces are bouncing and sliding around during shipping. They take about an hour and a half to put together but go much faster if you have a ratchet. That being said they are sturdy and comfortable.

Seat is lower than most of other brands. The screws strip. I would recommend buying dill bit. 4mm Allen wrench drill bit. I had a problem on first chair. Customer service said it could take 6 months for replacement parts. They would send me a whole new chair if I paid shipping. Easier to return. I'm not buying this brand again

I wanted a place in my deck where I could relax and read. The outdoor dining set chairs were not working! I got 2 chairs. My daughter has claimed the other one. These are sturdy and well made. My son put them together for me. We had a problem with one part and Lifetime immediately sent out a replacement. Love them!

Purchased 2 of the gray chairs. We had them in a week. Easy assembly with simple to follow instructions. One caution on the first assembly step do tighten the bottom screw on the two outer back slats before installing the back to the bottom. You cannot them after assembly.

This is a fine chair when assembled but good luck getting to that point. The pre drilled holes are mostly misaligned. You will need to drill your own holes to have half a chance at completing the job. I did two (approximately 2 hrs each) and returned the other two to Costco. Save yourself a lot of aggravation by buying another product.
