It's one thing to produce a good product, another to stand behind it with superior service. I bought two of these chairs two years ago. The chairs themselves are great -- comfortable and sturdy. But after a 1,000 mile move, one of the screws on a chair went missing. A call to the company resulted in a call with a nice representative who offered to send a couple of screws right away. Can't beat that!

I wanted a place in my deck where I could relax and read. The outdoor dining set chairs were not working! I got 2 chairs. My daughter has claimed the other one. These are sturdy and well made. My son put them together for me. We had a problem with one part and Lifetime immediately sent out a replacement. Love them!

we bought 2 chairs (gray) last spring. they are very comfortable. we have looked at these for sometime and finialy bought them. we wanted chairs that were weather resistant. we left them out in the winter, they get hit regularly with sprinklers, and rained on. they do get spotty from water but wash them off with soapy water and good as new. we wanted to buy 2 more this spring but the price has really gone up. if you can afford them they are a great chair and look great in your yard.

We bought 2 chairs for our backyard, they look beautiful, However the arm rest and back of one of then have few defects, Called customer services, Randy was very professional and guide us through the process, he is Excellent, I would recommend you to ask for him, if needed. Great chairs. Yes, construction is tedious - a lot of screws! But a lot of screws contribute to strength in the chair, so not a problem for me. My only issue is that the squirrels attacked all eight arms of my four chairs and chewed them up! So I am knocking off one star. Lucky for me, Lifetime Products does provide replacement parts. I need to figure out how to add some metal tape to the edges of the new arms to squirrel-proof them.

When you’re paying this much for a chair you’d expect to find that the holes for the screws would at least line up. The screws provided with the product were cheap and made for an interesting build. Once the chairs were put together they were durable and nice to sit in. Which made up for the colorful language my husband displayed while working with shotty craftsmanship and the inability to line holes up which should have been a simple process.

I bought 6 of these chairs from Costco, as other reviewers stated there were a couple of challenges putting them together, but no big deal! The chairs are very sturdy & I must say, they are as strong today as they were the day I put them together. My PROBLEM with the chairs is after 2 years they started to chalk. When people would come over & sit in them it would ruin their clothes, think women wearing white jeans (in Florida white jeans go all year long) or light colored tops. Needless to say, they gotta go, I called for warranty help and they just blew me off, after they told me they are having problems with their chairs doing that, but because my chairs are beyond 2 years old,... They're not covered!. So, at the end of the day.... I'm very disappointed & now I need to go out to buy 6 more chairs for New Years.

Loved the look of these chairs but shortly after beginning to use them the seat slats began breaking - and we are all thin and do not have children climbing on the chairs!!! Very disappointed to have them break so easily! We bought 4 of these chairs!!!

This product is exactly what it was supposed to be and seems to be good quality. The single drawback is that the assembly hardware (screws and tools) is cheap and soft. Buy the chair, but do yourself a favor and take the supplied hardware to the hardware store to match up sizes, and replace the hardware with new high quality hardware before you begin assembly.

We purchased these for a mountain cabin. We are very pleased and feel we got a lot of chair for the money. I recommend you use an electric screwdriver, chucked with a #4 Hex and DO NOT OVERIGHTEN. I'm willing to bet a lot of the issues folks encounter happen when they tighten the screws too far. For whatever reason, my chair did not have instructions so I downloaded them from this site. When you assemble the chair your screws are in a package. You will notice there are four screws longer than the rest. Those are the last screws you use. If you try to put one in a hole intended for the smaller screw you will certainly damage the chair. I wish you made some other items in the Adirondack style, such as a lounger, footstool and tables. I would buy them.
