Bought chair about a year ago,pros,tuff ,comfortable and strong I found assembly to be a lot easier if I left screws slightly lose until complete then tightened them up all the way,Plus parts fit is more even.Cons just checked mine for spring kept outside,color is a little uneven but is not bad.Just rained forgive water on chair in pics.Going to buy a second one.

My son put this chair together and one of the seat boards that came assembled was cracked at the screw. We decided to go ahead with the assembly anyway. He grumbled a bit as the tool supplied was not hardened metal and lasted only long enough to get the job done. The chair is very comfortable and is easy for me to get in and out of with ease. I am in my seventies and this was a big consideration for me. Everyone that has tried it says it is a very comfortable chair. I would purchase again. (As information the email I received asking for a review did not work.)

We've had these chairs for a few months now and have really enjoyed them! I'm 5'2" and my husband is 6'5" and we both feel that these are comfortable and sturdy! I put these together myself and they each took about 10-15 minutes to put together! Love the teal color too!

I purchased 2 of these a little over a year ago. The chairs are very sturdy, which I like, but after noticing some color on back of my shorts after sitting in them recently, I wiped them down with a gentle microfiber towel dipped in a dawn dish detergent/water mix thinking maybe the chair was dirty. When drying the chair off, I realized the color was coming off. I only used a little soap/water, so nothing harsh and I kept them covered during winter under waterproof chair covers under a patio cover during winter. I only noticed it because I was wearing light colored shorts. Although I like how these chairs feel, I can't have people use them knowing the color will stain their clothes. Really disappointing something like this is happening. I see from other reviews, it's not just me either.

Really happy with these chairs and assume they will last forever and be much more maintenance free than wood or painted surfaces. Assembly was not bad but I am above average mechanically. The only improvement than should be made is the screws, they are soft. So is the metal hex head tools that come with it. The screw heads round out very easily and so does the wrench. I used a drill and my own bit but had to be very careful to keep it lined up straight and keep from having any screw on a bind. One wrong move and the screw strips out and becomes useless. Also, it would be helpful if there was more of a point on the screw to help find the hole. The pre-drilled holes here lined up well. Be sure to only screw in each screw part way until the whole chair is assembled, then go back and tighten them all. Just be very care with the screws at all time. Very high quality chairs with very low quality screws

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very nice quality chair. I give it 5 stars for comfortability and quality. There is a nice coating over the pressed board which makes it easy to clean. The arms of this chair are nice and wide. The assembly was a little difficul, and that's why I have it 4 stars. Some of the holes were misaligned making it harder to turn he L or Alan wrench that came with the assembly pack. So you want to have some hand strength to assemble this. It's heavy duty and not meant to be moved around too much, but I'm lightweight and I'm still able to move it to a different area if I need to mow the lawn. So far, very happy with this product. Way Better than the cheap plastic ones that break every year. I plan to have this one for years to come. (This product was sent to me for an unbiased review) with that being said, I would still recommend this product to my friends or family.

We bought our chairs about 3 years ago and while they are comfortable and relatively sturdy, they just don't hold up well overall. The color has faded significantly and one of the slats broke while sitting on it. Just broke doing nothing. Yes, we have had these chairs for about 3 years but for the amount you pay for them, they should last much longer!

We have had 6 of these chairs for 4+ years around our fire pit. They are currently covered in snow, but every season we power wash off the black spots and they look brand new again. Only imperfection is our fault from a fire amber starting to melt a 1/4" spot. If they made a children's model, id buy a couple in a heart beat for my daughter and friends

I bought this over a year ago. I leave it outside rain or shine. It has held up well. I really enjoy it and it looks great. Be careful putting it together as you can overtighten the bolts and put a bulge in the chair. I used a drill bit to put the bolts in most of the way and finished tightening it by hand

Ordered four- impossible to assemble each one in less than a backbreaking, sweating, prying, pulling tugging, cursing fury. It made no difference after I built the first one, the second one took exactly the same time and fought the entire way. Cheap Allen key provided strips within four screws - and there are 48 screws per chair. Holes don't line up, everything needs to be put together loose, fought to get to line up and then everything needs to be retightened. One of the two I assembled so far arrived with a cracked seat bar. I don't have the patience nor the time to fight with putting the other two together and am considering either lighting them both on fire in my driveway or lugging the 65 pound box each comes in back to my local store for a return. DONT BUT THESE - NIGHTMARE - MADE IN CHINA TOO BTW.
