This mattress is comfortable and is almost firm enough for us. What brings it down from an A is we know that after 5-10 years this mattress that is already not firm enough will be even softer and uncomfortable. We were told this is the most firm mattress sold by Tempurpedic. :(

We bought this bed after tracking our sleep scores for some time to get a better understanding of why we weren't sleeping as well as we could. Our sleep scores have significant improved and we wake up refreshed and with out the aches and pains that we had before.

When Tempur-Pedic says Firm, they really do mean Firm. It may take a few nights of sleep, to get use it. One thing that really made a difference, we purchased the Tempur-Pedic sheets. Cool and comfortable.

It helps me sleep so much more soundly and my back doesn't hurt when I wake. I love everything about this mattress - comfort, cooling affect, firmness, and support for my body.

This is my second Tempur-Pedic and I love this one even more than the first one. I got the "soft" and feels so good. I have fibromyalgia and having a mattress that cradles my body is so important. But the best reason for getting this bed is that I HAVE to have restful sleep and my Tempur-Pedic allows me to sleep all night. I love my bed!

Delivery did not include setting up the remotes or the placement of the wires underneath bed. I love that the bed has remote control and head of bed and legs raise and lower. Not sure the snore feature is really anything to applaud. My head of bed is usually up when I awake. I feel my prior mattress was more comfortable but did not have the remote features

The queen TEMPUR-ProAdapt Firm mattress is just what I was hoping for. A quality mattress made in America with quality sourcing, with the firmness that my 6 foot 3 230lb frame needed after 20 plus years of sleeping on a standard spring mattress. I wanted a firm feel and then to slowly conform to my body weight in just the right ways. It has only been 3 weeks, but I am just loving it and so is my back and body! Highly recommend this Firm mattress if firm is what you need.

I am 34 years old and have been struggling with reoccurring back pain (from an injury that happened 7 years ago). I noticed with my last flare up that the pain was just getting worse and I'd toss and turn all night in excruciating pain (with my old mattress). I finally decided it was time to kick the old mattress to the curb and see if it was just adding to the problem... SO glad I did. I've never owned any kind of memory foam bed and I'm a side sleeper so this was a big change for me. Since the first nights sleep my back pain had completely diminished. I am a skeptical person, but it's been over 30 days now and my back/hip pain is gone. This mattress isn't too soft and it's not too firm, it's the perfect in between. I've even been falling asleep on my back (I've always been a side and tummy sleeper). I also decided to splurge and get the adjustable bed frame (they offered a good package deal), me and the hubby are quite happy with it... ;) I never leave reviews on anything but just not having to deal with the agitating back pain anymore is a pretty big deal to me, I love this mattress!!

This mattress was a replacement for a warranty issue that we had with our previous Pro-Adapt. The very first night we slept on this mattress, we noted how "hot" the mattress was. We never had an issue with the temperature, with our previous mattress. In fact, the bedding on the mattress was exactly the same bedding that we used with the new mattress. Since that first night, we have had numerous issues with the temperature of the mattress. Either my wife or myself have been kicking the "lighter" bedding off of us during the night, in order to sleep. I reached out to one of your customer care agents to discuss the issue we were having, and that agent forwarded our complaints to someone other than herself. We received an e-mail a few days later, stating that the mattress was a warranty replacement and that we were "stuck" with the mattress. "There is nothing that Tempurpedic will do at this time"! We paid an additional amount of money for the mattress that the warranty did not cover and at this point, I am greatly considering replacing the mattress with another product. This is not our first Tempuric Mattress that we owned and at this point in time it might be my last. You are not standing behind your product and I am sure that this review posted on Social Media will surely sway others from purchasing a mattress from your company.
