The soft is soft yet firm. It's very very comfortable. I had the firm but it was to firm for me. I tried the medium and the hybrid and they just didn't work for me but when I tried the soft I could tell right away this is the one. Ever since it's like I have been sleeping on a cloud.

I love the mattress and it's very comfortable the only thing the top of the mattress material is very slippery so when you put on a mattress pad it is very slippery and slides. I wish they had used a different material for the top part of the mattress. You can purchase a mattress protector from them but I've read some reviews and sounds like it bunches up and is slippery also.

We heard folks say they have to break it in, but that wasn't our experience. We used to get out of bed early and now we find every excuse to sleep in as late as possible. We LOVE it! We always wake up refreshed and it is just so comfortable. We recommend it to everyone!

For the past 25 years I have only had the pleasure of sleeping on hand-me-down mattresses that probably should have just gone to the trash. I was hesitant buying this as a big investment and afraid it wasn't going to live up to the expectations. Background: I have substantial lower back and neck problems/chronic pain and I am a bad sleeper waking up several times a night. Do I still wake up a lot? Yes. But I do feel my sleep I do get is better, I toss and turn less and my body hurts less waking up in the morning. Not the total change I was hoping for but defenitely a huge improvements and happy with our purchase!

It did take some getting used to after spending years on a box spring mattress, and now spring mattresses make me feel like I am laying on a jello mold! Once I got used to it, I have slept great and have noticed fewer incidences of a kinked back when I wake up in the morning. Anyways, I would definitely recommend this mattress- the financing options definitely help make it worth the investment.

The warranty process is too difficult. Having to lift mattress take pictures etc is ridiculous. Our bed was put in protective cover sheets spread and had to strip. I'm 87 years old and had to get help to come to my home just to register. Called to register on phone. I was informed not an option. Ridiculous

I Love my new bed! I sleep much better now. I love the fact that you can lift both the head of the bed and the foot of the bed. Both at the same time if you wish. I haven't experienced anything about the bed that I do not like. It certainly has made my life a lot better by giving me more comfortable sleep ! MMJ

The worse mattress I've ever owned. Did all the research. Read all the information. Thought I had found the perfect mattress and was willing to pay a premium for it. Reality is, I feel like I'm sleeping on concrete. Haven't had a good nights sleep since we purchased. The 90 night guarantee, read the fine print! So disappointed.
