We got the firm split king with adjustable base based on recommendations of back dr and Physical therapist. It felt great in the store ( after hundreds had tried it out) and I was warned it would take some time to break in, so I'm trying to be patient. It is getting better and I have high hopes. The two big problems is the bottom sheet constantly pulling out and never being really tight while sleeping. The second is making the bed! It's near impossible to make it tight . The corners stay put but the middle never stays that way. I added a very good mattress pad and it helps some. I have ordered QuickZip sheets because changing the sheets weekly is just way to difficult as we are older. Hopefully that will make a big difference and waiting for the shipment to arrive. I'm looking forward to the bed getting more comfortable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced our five year old traditional mattress with the hybrid - husband loves the way he feels when getting out of bed in the morning, likes how the bed conforms to body shape and really appreciates that he doesn't fell the bed move when wife is restless and is getting up at the wee hours of the moring. Wife enjoys a great night of sleep when she returns home after a week of business travel.

I have been using a Tempur-Pedic mattress since the year 2000, and have recommended it to many friends. I still love it, but moved from New York to California, so thought it was a good time for a new one. The new Tempur-Pedic mattresses all looked different--much thicker, and with a textured top instead of my old smooth one. But now with my new Tempur-ProAdapt Firm, my back stills says "Thank you!" when I lie down. When I invite friends to try it, they also say "Thank you!"

Both my husband and I are getting a better nights sleep and have noticed our backs don't hurt anymore when we get up in the morning. We are also sleeping cooler, no more sweating when we wake up. A little pricey, the most we have ever spent on a bed, but I think we made a good purchase.

Had our mattress 6 months now and am enjoying it immensely. Love the luxe look and feel. Love the quality as well as the adjustable frame. High price is probably the limiting factor for most. I can say this mattress has been the cats meow! Waking up pain free is a wonderful thing for this old bag of bones!

I never knew sleep felt so good until my Tempur experience. Got a Split King with a ProAdapt Medium Hybrid and the ProAdapt Soft. Talking about the best of both worlds. Now all I want to do is sleep! I alternate sleeping on each and discovered that I like the hybrid better, but I wouldn't trade either for the world. Tremendous relief from my chronic back pain. Did I tell you about the Ergo Smart Base? A must-have for your Tempurpedic mattress. I got one with the SleepTracker. Amazing! No more bumping into things with the smart lighting. Unlimited adjustable positions, plus the presets. I haven't even started to use the massage. The daily sleep tracker reports is the icing on the cake. Didn't realize my sleep quality was that great. Bottom line, I will not sleep on anything else.

I was having back and hip issues and needed constant adjustments. He was a happy customer and was sure this would help solve my problems. I was skeptical, but I valued his opinion. I figured I'd give it a try. I've slept on nothing since. The Tempurpedic is, beyond a doubt, the most comfortable mattress I've ever owned. I love that the mattress doesn't tell me where to sleep; I'm in charge of positioning. There are no springs intruding with their input. Further, on my old mattress, there were big indentations left by my husband's and my bodies (we're big people); no such problem with the Tempurpedic. This was my third Tempurpedic purchase; I'll not settle for anything else. As a humorous aside, my daughter supervised the delivery of my new Tempurpedic. After the team put everything together, she plopped herself on it, rolled over a few times and sighed. And Tempurpedic has a new customer!

The product has a gasing affect, that typically should be resolved in the 1st few days of use, but my gasing experience didn't happen until my 6 months of use. The problem was and is so bad that i had to call the fire department to check the air quality. The chemical irritant was there but it didn't register has carbon monoxide by the fire department. After i spoke with the customer service and care line. All they wanted to do was pass the buck by to the seller, ( Ashley's Homestore Furniture) denying that this is possible. After asking for an email address to forward my comments to the customer care agent, refused to give it. Only giving out business address 1000 Tempurpedic Way, Lexington, KY) to MAIL A LETTER to iin this technological world we live in, how pathetic was that. So my experience with Tempurpedic Ergo Queen Adjustable Base Product, SUCKS....I will NEVER EVER buy another TEMPURPEDIC product again.....

Our 7 year old Tempur-Pedic mattress was failing and we were not sleeping well. Customer Service directed me to their warranty qualifications. We were granted a new mattress via email within 2 days of submitting the warranty requirements. Our new mattress was delivered in 2 weeks as promised. Customer service was awesome. Because warranties usually have loop holes, we were prepared to purchase a new mattress. In fact, we had been shopping and were very close to making a competitor's purchase. I am so glad I made the phone call to Tempur-Pedic. We choose the firm. Although we thought the firm was a bit too firm, we slept 10 hours straight that first night without tossing and turning. We overslept (by 3 hours!), we were late for work, and it was worth it. The firm proved to be perfect.
