Quite firm upon delivery, outgassing quite strong nearly 3 weeks later. Though the mattress softened up nicely after about 2 weeks and is now very comfortable! I am an average temperature sleeper and live in Massachusetts, I do not feel like this mattress makes me hot at night. Overall pleased.

So far I am satisfied with my mattress. I am hoping that the mattress will soften up somewhat more after it breaks in. I does retain a little body heat. I'm hoping that will not be an issue this summer. Overall, I am happy with my mattress and would recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mattress is amazing. I sleep a little hotter than my old one but overall it's pretty great. I should have got the 5" platform instead of the ultra low 2". PS - King size only comes in two twin foundations if that helps!

I originally bought a Sealy Posturepedic - but quickly returned it and upgraded to the Temper-Pro Adapt, Medium Hybrid. That was the best thing I've done in a long time! This is an amazing bed - and I recommend it to everyone who asks... A+++ Superior quality and craftsmanship - hands down the best bed on the market.

I was a bit hesitant about spending this much money for a mattress. I'm so glad that my husband talked me into it. It has been worth every penny! We sleep so sound and comfortably, we have a hard time getting up.. But look very forward to my retreat when I get to climb in it each night. Very satisfied!

Relative to other beds and based on timeframe (6mths as of nov 2022) proadapt med hybrid is the best bed for pressure relief with support that i have found. I dont like the slow sink of the all memory foam bed and this hybrid counters that effect nicely. I am side sleeper predominantly, 235 lbs and need some give in the bed w/o sinking my hips (hammock effect) this bed has performed very well to date. I changed my mattress protector and sheets to bamboo which help diminish any hot spots that I was experiencing with cotton sheets and the tempur mattress. Although i didnt want to pay this much for a bed .... thus far it has been a great purchase well worth the money if i can get 10 years out of it.

The Pro Adapt soft is not what I would call soft. It is firm with a little hug to your body. Easy to turn over in. The cooling gel center doesn't really help a lot when having a hot flash, but the mattress doesn't sleep hot. We have only been sleeping on this for a month. My shoulder would hurt after sleeping, not any more. They tell us it will get softer. I think it will be 5 stars then.

So far I have found this mattress to be the perfect choice for me. I waited quite some time to make this purchase, in order to do research on what would suit me best. I am glad I did, because there are many options out there that don't meet-up to the hype. This won't be the cheapest, but sleep is invaluable and necessary to be at one's best. I would make this choice over and over again.

Both wife and I have had multiple back surgeries and still suffer significantly with back pain. This mattress has made sleep for us a little easier. We both wish the queen size mattress and adjustable base were available in split configuration like king size are.

The delivery team arrived Monday, October 21, 2019 a Wonderful morning at 9:15am.... I was so excited to finally have my new bed after many months of remodeling my house. The delivery guys were so polite and courteous, simply outstanding, second to none! There were many changes along the way and Sleep Outfitters made every one of them effortless and a wonderful experience overall. My joints don't ache as much anymore. I am so happy to go to sleep instead of dreading it. I Don't wake up in the middle of the night. The Zero Gravity setting is my absolute favorite!!! It truly feels like I'm floating!!!Words cannot put how I feel about my bed...Love Love Love My Tempur Pedic!!! Thank you Tish for caring about the customer and giving such excellent customer service-you're the best! I'm Never going back to a standard mattress AGAIN!!! I am a forever a customer and will tell everyone that they have to see, test and purchase a Tempur Pedic and meet Tish O'Rea!!!
