I just got my queen sized ProAdapt Medium Hybrid about 3 weeks ago. You can tell that it is different from other mattresses the first time that you sit/lay on it. It contours to your body and does ehlp pressure points such as knees, hips, and shoulders. It is still a bit on the firm side but that is to be expected as outlined in other reviews and from the store that I bought it from. I am using a comforter as a mattress topper and it creates a softer surface to sleep onI I am going to give it 90 days of use before writing a complete review. I got a BOGO on Tempurpedic pillows when I bought the bed so I am probably going to spring for a couple of pillows. If the pillows are anything like the bed, I am sure that they will be very comfortable

After a long day with my whole body hurting I go to bed and wake up in the morning feeling like I have slept for two days. Even with my 5 hour sleep nights I feel rested in the morning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was very nervous purchasing this bed not only because of the price but the extreme firmness of the mattress. Most mattresses out there that call themselves firm really are not. I thought this one would be like sleeping on a rock, but it forms to your body enough to ease lower back pain, but you don't feel like you are sinking in. My husband has a lot of back pain and is in a physical job, and he was in love with this bed from night one. We both love it and hope to have it for many many years!

As a teen I had adolescent idiopathic scoliosis, the result being a fusion of a eight inch rod in my back. I am now close to 68, over the years l worked 8 to 10 hours a day doing heavy lifting and standing on hard concrete floors. I also carried 2 sets of twins. As I have gotten older, I now have degenerative scoliosis in my lower back with 5 bad disc, I don't let that slow me down. I still mow my 2 acre lawn, do all the yard work including the weed wacking. Most days I am so sore I can hardly walk, as I take nothing for pain, but I sleep like a baby. Best investment I have ever made. I always wanted a Tempur Pedic, but couldn't afford one. I really wish I had bought one years ago. I love the way it conforms to my body. I sleep really well and wake up with little or no pain at all. I am more than really happy and the price was well worth it, and I would gladly payed more, just for the comfort and the best nights sleep that I have had in forty years, no kidding. I love my new mattress. I very highly recommend a Tempur Pedic to everyone.

I have had the new mattress, pillows and sheets now for about 30 days. So far I like it a lot, almost love but too soon to give it that. Humans spend a lot of time in bed and I have went with the cheap mattresses for over 50 years and almost got a sleep number bed, but after talking to people that have them, I realized that Tempur will be the better investment. I recommend to buy new sheets and pillows with a new mattress. AND get the mattress protector if you have pets that get on the bed (allowed or not) and kids, night #5 my dog tested it and boy was I feeling like a smart man. you will be the first to know if this bed doesn't hold up to the name. Bought this bed with high hopes, unfortunately after sleeping on it for 5 months I absolutely hate it. I wake up every morning and feel like I was punched all over. I had some back pain a year ago that finally went away, after sleeping on this bed at first all the pain came back and had to start physical therapy again. I hate this mattress.

Great experience at the Dallas flagship Tempur-Pedic store! Rick Pobanz did a fabulous job helping me to find and select new mattresses. His extensive knowledge of the different mattresses made the difference in being able to find new mattresses. He never applied pressure to make a decision. He asked questions, listened to my feedback and then recommended different mattresses to try. As a result, we have slept better without waking up multiple times during the night due to discomfort. Very grateful for the help and very happy with our new mattresses

We have always had a Tempurpedic mattress and loved it. Last year we decided to invest in a new Tempurpedic mattress since ours was 20+ years old and purchased the Split King Firm Pro Adapt mattress and motion base. Worst decision ever!! The firm felt great in the showroom but once we got it home it was super hard! Decided to give it a period of time to break in but time did not help. Now we are stuck with this horrible mattress and new back and shoulder pain. Don't waste your money!!

Usually it takes time to break in a mattress but the first night on our Pro-Adapt medium hybrid was the best sleep we have had in many years. Probably hands down the best mattress we have owned and our first Tempur-Pedic. Restful sleep and didn't wake up with our joints sore.
