I do not recommend this vacuum. I have it for nearly a month or two now and can hardly get it to work without the troubleshoot signaling that the side brush is stuck. There is nothing stuck. The moment I turn it on, the error sign start flashing and stop vacuuming. I'm thinking if I received a defect. It's now just sitting collecting dust with no use as it won't vacuum. Cannot find any helpful guide online. Anyone having this same issue?

I really like the Bobsweep Ultravision vacuum. It vacuums right to the edge and empties itself. Make my life easier.

Bought this a few months ago and glad I did. I have had a stroke, and it helps keep my floors clean. We have 2 cats that leave litter all over the place. It has a large docking station and it self empties. I highly recommend this product.

I have had this for over three months now and I have to re-map at least once a week. Each time I have to re-label the rooms, reschedule the cleaning, etc. Just bad product overall.

This is my second machine. It doesn’t pick up as well as my last one did. It will run over your foot. It doesn’t change directions runs up the door frame s as well.

Mine arrived DOA, would not turn on. I attempted to call BobSweep support, but just sat on hold for a small eternity until a message came on saying nobody was available to help me. Returned it to Sam's Club.

The stainless steel surface make it look great. It runs very quiet and clean the floor thoroughly. It can run several hours before each charge. No need to dump trash manually, and the bag can take months of dust. I like it!

Excellent for my small home. I have two cats and it clean up their litter that gets stuck in the paws and also cat hair. I use it twice a week and love it.

This is our first Robot Vac and was apprehensive but we really love this vacuum. It navigates the house and maps out the house so it gets everything. Does greatvjob goes under heds tables furniture and not too loud.

We've had our Bobsweep going on 3 months, its been great so far! I've been very impressed by its mapping feature, I appreciate being able to have it clean a single area. So far we've been very happy with our purchase.
