Ran great for 2 months. Easy to set-up, good vacuum performance. Lidar stopped working. Support sluggish, returned unit to Sams.

I'm very impressed with this vacuum. The robotics are amazing. The b0bsweep is able to recognize and avoid objects and stairs, all while sweeping under beds and heavy furniture throughout the house. I'd buy it again!

I loved my first BobSweep Ultravision so much, I bought a second one for upstairs! Works great on hard floors and carpet! Surprised that they never get stuck under/around furniture! Highly recommend!!!

We have 2 cats short/medium hair, no kids. After that said; our home is not a mess one but cat hair is always around. The room that we all hang out the most is the kitchen and my robocleaner does the job.

Ultravision does a great job. We only had one issue with it, when it vacuums the whole house does not want to empty. So we set it up to do rooms at different times. We set it up to do 3 room at one time. kitchen, dining, laundry rooms, also the hallway and 2 bathrooms. The 3 bedrooms and livingroom are done by themselves. My husband is a BIG comparison shopper, and he compared all of the different robot vacuums. bObsweep products had good reviews. However, we went with another brand and returned it, because it would turn away and not go under furniture. We decided to try the UltraVision. The set up was easy and we set it off to map. The map is incredibly accurate. We let it recharge and ran it to clean. After our previous robot vac would run for about 6 hours and required 3 recharges to complete our house, we didn't have high hopes that this one would be better, but bob did the floors in one charge. I thought it couldn't have done a good job, so I removed the dust bag and looked with a flashlight, and I was shocked at the amount of dirt and dust! It also picked up dirt that our previous model would have missed and went in places that the returned model turned from and wouldn't enter. As of tonight, we are pleased and are looking forward to hopefully having this unit for a long time. I will add that we like the warranty and the added dust bag, brush, filter and run time.

Great robot vacuums and mops. Our Bob does an awesome job. He gets up at 10 am, every day and does his thing. Nothing stops these vacuums from doing their thing. Amazing bob vacuuming and mopping. Don't have to go behind and clean up after them at all. The app is very handy, too. Can set schedules and specific rooms you want done. And much more.

Bought this last month, I have had a similar product over a decade ago and the improvement in technology is outstanding. It does a great job and has not gotten trapped or stuck anywhere in my home. The map is a little wonky, but serves its purpose and I have been able to block off my Christmas tree without any issue.

This thing is great, easy to set up, does a good job, much smarter than my 6 year bobsweep. Auto empty is a gamechanger. Love this thing. Only little gripe might be that the wifi seems to disconnect to much and sometimes difficult to reconnect but it still works great.

While the vacuum is very good, this isn't actually a mop. You can only use water, and it basically drags a damp microfiber pad around. The sensor for obstacles is better than my shark robo vac but this one has limited commands and the app isn't as easy to use for specifying which room to do, when to dock, etc
