I purchased this pressure washer because I wanted a reasonably priced powerful pressure washer that was made in the United States. It’s very powerful and does the job well. Five stars on that. HOWEVER! Upon assembling the pressure washer, I noticed the wheels are made of very hard plastic. The wheels also attached to the axle of the pressure washer with cotter pins. The wheels are loose and a bit wobbly. I then proceeded to pressure wash the white vinyl railing of my brand new composite deck. When I was finished with the pressure washing, which worked great, I noticed several spots on my new decking that were damaged. I was devastated. I had just spent tens of thousands of dollars on the new deck and it was perfect. I loved it so much. Now, I have to replace about 20 boards of the decking (quite costly) because wherever the pressure washer stood stationary and vibrated with the wobbly wheels, it scuffed my new decking beyond repair. I called the decking manufacturer. Was not covered under warranty because of my negligence. Then I thought about the deck material I had purchased. It was marketed as very scratch resistant. I had also used this pressure washer to wash my pool deck. In similar fashion, the wheels on the pressure washer had also damaged the surface of my decorative concrete pool deck. Luckily, I did not have to move the pressure washer on the pool deck. It remained in one spot and I was able to wash the entire deck. Where the wheels sat on the pool deck, it wore off the finish. Friction and vibration are very powerful forces. To use this pressure washer now, I can't place it directly on a surface like a deck that is finished or decorative because the friction and vibration from the pressure washer running will damage whatever it is sitting on. The pressure washer itself does a great job. Just remember to place it on something to cushion the wheels. Lesson learned. I still have my old pressure washer and its wheels are bolted onto the axle. Way less wobbly, and the wheels are a softer rubber material. That old pressure washer was nearly 20 years old it never damaged any surfaces below the wheels.

Pressure washer was very well constructed. Even included tools to assemble it. All bolts were even marked at factory assembly for tightness and not overlooked. Starts easily. Very powerful. I bought the round cleaning attachment and it did a good even job of cleaning flat surfaces without minimal effort.

I have had this pressure washer for one week and have used it two days. I pressure washed a very large (16 x 50) back porch. That included the floor, railing, spindles and walls around the bottom. The washer has performed flawlessly with more than enough pressure and plenty of volume. It starts on the first pull every time. I am very happy with this product and glad I bought it.

So far, so good. I love how the differen sized nozzles come on and off with ease and store on the washer itself. I hate having to look for parts! The washer was easy to put together, and started right up! I used it today and worked great. I also bought a surface cleaner. I am excited to try that to cut so time off of power washing my deck and driveway. I will change my review if any problems arrise.

I have used it once. The pressure is great. The engine started on the first pull. The unit had a significant amount of oil covering it that I assume was left over from the testing prior to shipping. Additionally, the charcoal filter was not attached to the engine. It was easily attached after I found the placement on the bottom of the engine. It is definitely loud compared to my previous power washer with a Honda engine. If possible, I will leave a follow up review after a few years of residential use.

Just got this pressure washer. I have only used it so far to clean my walkway with a surface cleaner. It did a good job and I am satisfied. I would have given it maybe 4.3 stars if I could. The engine could be easier to crank and it does vibrate more than I like. Also I would have preferred pneumatic tires with ball bearings rather than the loose fitting plastic wheels. But it does have plenty of power to do the job. I am also impressed with Westinghouse's packaging and instructions. I have a Westinghouse generator and was impressed with those aspects with it also.

Looks like a good machine. Here we are in the middle of a drought and two days after I got it my well started acting up. So I haven't been able to use it yet, can't wait. The only bad thing I see is where the soap neck is located, under the front. It looks like it would be hard to get a large soap container under there to fill it. Maybe if it had a neck to one side in would be easier rather than the middle. Thanks Rick

After much research, reading reviews, such as this, I felt that this pressure washer was the best choice in the category for the value and its capabilities. Solid, simplistic build. Plenty of power. Straightforward to assemble and use. Stores compactly out of the way in your garage or shed. Looking forward to years of reliable usage.
