I would describe this pressure washer as light commercial. I think its a good pressure washer for the amount they are selling it for.

Good pressure washer for the money

I needed something to clean off the runs before I disinfect them. This absolutely works! Thank you so much for making such a wonderful product.

Wonderful product great for our dog rescue!

No issue with assembly.  All parts installed without a problem.  Added the oil provided and gas.  Fired right up without any issues.

Received as Christmas gift, have used it 3 or 4 times. Works great but the cranks string broke. And it is store inside.

Works great until it breaks

THIS WAS VERY EASY TO ASSEMBLE AND TO MANUVER AROUND I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THIS AND MAKES CLEANING MY CAMPER 100X EASIER.

This product worked great, for only the 1st FOUR times. Within less than a minute of attempting to use it for the 5th time, the engine completely locked up. (Less than 30 hours!!!!!)

Customer service is a JOKE! 

Submitted assistance request via the Westinghouse website over 3 weeks ago. Since then, we have been issued THREE different case numbers, spoke to SEVEN different customer service reps, spent hours on the phone, were told the case was being “escalated” by three separate customer service reps and they NEVER followed-up within the 2-3 business days we were promised until AFTER the one-year labor warranty had expired. 

Then, MIRACULOUSLY, customer service responds after WEEKS of tireless communications!!

Do NOT waste your time or money on any Westinghouse product!!!!

Buyer Beware!

If you add the Allstate 4 year warranty, be careful....  Allstate counts the manufactures warranty (1 year) as part of the 4 years... Kind of shady on their part.  I ended up canceling the warranty.
