Extremely Well Made and Really Does the Job

I'm extremely pleased with the quality of this power washer. The connection for the wand on the unit is not that cheap metal I've seen on all other prior power washers I've used. The wand hose always leaked at that connection, but not with this one. Very powerful and easy to start. I also purchased the Westinghouse Universal 16.5” Pressure Washer Stainless Steel Surface Cleaner Attachment for doing flat surfaces and that worked flawlessly.

Got Exactly What I Needed.. SPRAY POWER!!

I bought this a couple weeks ago and im so glad i did.. the ease of setting the power washer up for first use was easy. Instructions were easy to follow. The first use was to test the power of the spray. So i cleaned the oil spots on my drive way, washed away with ease, no soap used. The only thing i was suprised by was the size, thought it was going to be narrow. Its a little wide but i will manage.

Easy to assemble and seems to have great pressure.

I have been looking for a pressure washer to clean cars, house and garage for quite some time. The Westinghouse had great reviews, so I went with it. It was easy to assemble (directions were great) and only problem I had was starting it the first time. Once it finally started (had to pull it too many times) I cleaned the garage floor and I was amazed with the pressure. After that I have cleaned siding and cars and still impressed. This unit looks like it will do what I need it to do and very happy with my purchase.

Power washer beast!

Total workhorse. Incredibly powerful.

Bought this a month ago (oct 23) and have used it for about 10 hours so far. Easy installation in 30-45 mins. Pressure washer is a beast and very powerful. Washed a horribly mossed wall and it looks like new. The neighbors were stopping by to say how good it looked. Also nice it is made in the USA! Nice brass fittings.

Powerful

I bought this a few weeks ago and wanted to try it before leaving a review. This thing and the 15” surfaced cleaner worked really well, better than I thought it would, on an enormous driveway that was really stained! It looks brand new now. Great pressure washer for the price!

Best Pressure Washer for a Weekend Warrior

I had a WPX3200 and it was a work horse. I cleaned everything with it in a matter of two years. ATVs, cars, trucks, house, sheds, decks, and sidewalks. Well then somebody decided they needed it more than I did and helped themselves to it. So I decided to get a bigger one and I got the WPX3400. Not a great BIG noticeable difference until you look at the work it does. It has out performed the 3200 and out cleaned. I would swear by the pressure washers myself. For a shade tree mechanic or a weekend warrior like myself these are perfect. It can and did handle everything I threw at it. Easy to assemble and easy to operate. Well worth the money given for it. I would definitely recommend these pressure washers to everyone and anyone that is in the need for one.

What I've been missing

I had been hanging onto my previous pressure washer for the last 14 years. The thing was great until the engine decided to seize one day (after about 15 minutes of use). With about 200' of dirty vinyl fence left in front of me, I searched around looking for something to love the same way I did my old pressure washer. Going off of online reviews, I decided to go with the WPX3400. Let me just say, this is one solid pressure washer. Assembly took less than 5 minutes, and everything is right where it should be, i.e. the choke and fuel switches are right where you'd want them, the spray nozzles fit securely right on the top of the pressure washer, etc... I never realized how easy a pressure washer should move from place to place in the yard. The hose on my previous unit would drag the ground, so I had to practically pull it backwards wherever I'd go. With my new one, I can move it with easy. Nothing dragging. The hoses sit almost a foot off of the ground. The washer cleaned that 200' of fence that I mentioned earlier in about 5 hours. That's about 3 hours less than my old one. Last but not least, the thing started up on the very first pull! I've never had anything (brand new) start on the very first pull. Usually it takes a couple of pulls to just get fuel into the carb. I was blown away. If I had one complaint, it would be that it can be a little difficult to start back up when you need to add gas. It takes a couple of very quick pulls to get it running again. My wife had a lot of trouble with this. Her pull was more of a slower pull that you'd do when starting it. I'd have to step in and get it started back up. We tried everything to keep it from happening-- pulling the handle to release water pressure, choke off/on, even shutting the fuel off for about 10 seconds before turning the pressure washer off, but this didn't help either. My old pressure washer could be stubborn after a fill up too, so that's why we tried this. I'd love to see someone make a side step attachment of some sort that can be used on a pressure washer. It's always difficult to hold it in place while starting, especially with the lightning fast pulls that it needed after a fill up. Still, I'm not going to knock the review to 4 stars because of this. This was very minor (because it always started back up). The unit is solid, seems very well built, and mowed through a job much faster than we anticipated.

Great pressure washer

Just purchased but so far, great pressure washer, easy start and powerful spray. 2 faults both on ignition switch, 1) cheap plastic cover on wiring, broke during assembly 2) Very cheap ignition switch, this should have never passed quality control, I expect it to break soon and will need upgraded replacement.

Solid and efficient pressure washer

This machine is surprisingly lightweight but it's a power house. I was able to wash my entire house and prep my driveway for sealing in a few hours with this machine. It starts up quickly and easily. Just be careful not to allow the hoses to rub against the wheels while operating because a hole can be worn into them.

Nice design,easy to start,

I like the selection of nozzles that provides the ability to use on a variety of applications. My primary use is on a very large concrete driveway, a concrete patio and several walkways. I think the hose is a bit stiff and would be better if it was more flexible.
