Seems like a well built unit, but it would not start right out of the box. After some troubleshooting I found the carburetor float bowl had varnish and chalky residue in it. The stem of the carb that holds the bowl was also covered in varnish. They test these units at the factory, which is good, but they need to have ALL of the old gas drained before being boxed up so this doesn’t happen. After calling customer service, they are willing to send a new carburetor, but you shouldn’t have to replace parts on a new unit just to start using it! Westinghouse, please do better in this aspect.

Needed something more powerful than borrowing my neighbor's electric pressure washer and this unit is just what I needed. Well packaged. Quick assembly of the handle assembly. Looking forward to all the future projects I'll take care of with this beast at my side!

This sprayer is simple to assemble and so far has started easily on the first pull. It’s so much more powerful than the electric one we had previously. One tip for users: if you’ve had it running and stop the engine then want to start it again while it’s still warm, you won’t need to set it to choke. It’ll start back up with one easy pull.

Just assembled my WPX3400 Westinghouse pressure washer, which was very straightforward, and tried it for the first time. It started okay and did a good job of getting most of the staining off my gutters. As the instructions point out it's much more effective to use detergent so I will buy some and then complete the job.

This is an excellent pressure washer (WPX3400). Took maybe 5 minutes to assemble. Filled it with gas, waited a minute for the gas to flow to the float bowl and it started on the first pull out of the box! I used this pressure washer for 6 hours straight to wash my house without one problem. Each tank of gas lasted me about 2 hours of continuous use. I would definitely purchase again.

Bought this to clean my driveway, boat, deck, and siding at a minimum. Reliably started, easy to use, and at the cost it more than pays for itself in the minimum 4 days I was going to need to rent the same…now i have it for annual cleanup, loaning, and I plan to send my kids around the neighborhood offering to clean driveways for a summer job, so win-win. I found the soap dispenser to be the only part confusing - it seems it only dispenses soap when the black nozzle is attached but it’s unclear if that’s true and how (I.e. because black nozzle is bigger opening which causes the right flow? Or something else?)

I’m very excited to finally have my dream pressure washer! I have read consumer reports and other sites and this was ranked the top one. I live in Oregon and get leaf stains on my concrete patio and I can’t wait to see this machine clean it up for me is my hope.

I first purchase the WPX2800e electric washer. This was not strong enough to use my driveway disk cleaner so I returned it for this one. My mistake was not looking at the GPM of the electric one. The gas one has 2.6 gal per min so this was the right choice.

Great pressure washer so far. Some minor assembly and preparation required (attach wand handle, wand holders and add fluids). The pressure washer started right up and ran like a champ. I pressure washed the whole brick house, front patio, back patio and walkways. Flawless operation. Changed the oil after 5 hours as recommended and looking forward to doing the garage, driveway and all the landscape bricks. I also purchased the 15” PESC surface cleaner, what a time saver!! This tool changes everything when it comes the flat surfaces it makes the job so much easier this inexpensive tool is so worth the money.

Above all or most pressure washers i have researched, Westinghouse pressure washers seem to take the the center stage in customer reviews. I decided to buy the WPX3400 Pressure washer which meets all quality that Westinghouse is known for and at a very affordable price. It was shipped directly to my house from Westinghouse with all of the contents included and heavily protected and secured to prevent shipping damage. I am a very satisfied customer!!!
