The power washer arrived in a sturdy box, well packaged and without damage. The assembly instructions were easy to understand and the washer was ready for action within around 45 minutes. My previous power washer was electric and was just okay, but the WPX3400 is at a whole different level. The quality of build and the power the unit delivers exceeds my expectations. Highly recommended.

Would definitely recommend this pressure washer. Bought a col weeks ago had minimal things to assemble and was easy to figure out. It has good pressure and cleans everything I wanted to very well . Can’t wait to finish doing all my projects this summer with it!

I bought this a few days ago and put it together the next day to see if everything worked. It was extremely easy to assemble and the motor started right up. I tried it out and I like the pressure. The small tryout that I did, it looks like it will do a good job.My old washer had small wheels ,the large wheels on this one are a great improvement for mobility. It would be nice if it had a longer wand and an adjustable pump.

Assembly was very easy - even for someone with limited experience and no tools. The nozzles look and feel robust, so hopefully will last a long time. I'd like it to be easier to clean out the soap compartment after use, but otherwise everything works as described. Overall a good pressure washer at a good price.

After 20 years my old pressure washer quit. After searching for a replacement, I found this washer which was very similar to my one in NY. After my first use l was pleasantly surprised with the power of this unit. I definitely recommend it for home use.

Bought this power washer because we were tired of borrowing one every year from a relative. This is easy to use/set up. My wife even loves to power wash the deck! This power washer is easy to move around and gets the job done. The 3400 PSI gets the job done quicker too. Would recommend to a friend. Glad we purchased.

Very powerful pressure washer that works great. I especially like the location of the garden hose connection. It is higher up when compared to Ryobi so you don't have to reach down all the way to the bottom to install the hose. However, the Quick Start Guide and Owner's Manual both give poor instructions and illustrations regarding the installation of the gun holder mounts, and some of the provided hardware does not work. Ended up having to use my own screw/nut combo to install the upper mount and had to tighten both the upper and lower mount from the opposite side with my own alan wrench tool/pliers. Instructions say all that is needed is a 10mm wrench which is not true. Having to spend an extra 45 minutes installing the upper and lower gun mounts is unsatisfactory for something at this price point. Do better Westinghouse. If not for the poor gun holder design/installation I would have easily given this power washer a 5.0

I bought this to replace a 2800 PSI unit by Troybuilt. They Troybuilt unit started the first or second pull every time. So far the pressure on this unit is way better. I did find that it hard-started while I was using it and shut it off briefly to relocate it. It didn't want to start back up but eventually did after multiple attempts.

I've had many pressure washers and this os amazing it started right up out of the box after some minor assembly and I used it for 5 hours went smooth as ever!! I also tried ever nozzle and they worked just as well, overall I'm super stoked over this and love it

We bought this pressure washer a month ago and just had the chance to use it. Most of the power washer soap features do not go very far. However after we bought a foam cannon this works great for what we need. (Getting mold off second story house.) On second use the fuel switch broke and blow off when trying to start it. We are going to call the customer service number to see if we can get it fixed. This is why we gave it a four not a five. If we get this fixed I think we will really like it
