I just got this power washer yesterday and used it for the first time today. The assembly instructions were incorrect (such as it saying I only needed a 10 mm wrench when actually I needed more than that). After getting it assembled I power washed our deck and one of our bridges. It did a good job. I expect this power washer will meet my needs for years to come.

My old Toro washer took a crap, so I researched both electric and gas power washers. I was leaning toward purchasing a Greenworks 3100 electric, but you can’t use an extension cord?, and there was too many negative reviews for my taste. So I researched some more, and noticed that The Westinghouse 3400 is very highly rated. On all sites. So I purchased it, and I’m so glad I did. Easy to put together, starts right up, and extremely powerful.

I've just put the pressure washer together. Great instructions, manual and packaging. I purchased this unit based on the many great reviews as well as the recommendation and high rating by Consumer Reports. I'll be using for first time tomorrow and expect high performance from this Westinghouse product.

My first experience with my washer was not great! Did not have paper directions on how to assemble and I didn't like having to use my phone to get the assembly directions. Washer was somewhat hard to start. Had plenty of washing power once started. Washer had a tendency to twist and turn each time you hit the sprayer. Would not stay still. Not sure I would buy this product again.

Best user manual I've seen. Makes it much easier and faster to get familiar with everything, and the part ID page will help alot. I like that nothing is hidden on the unit. Not as loud as I thought it would be and easy to move around. I will never buy an electric version again.

When adding the oil for the first time, one has to notice the thought that went into the building of this machine. It was designed for easy oil changing. There is a cut out in order for the oil to drain into your pan nicely without getting all over everything . One has to like the set up of the gas tank. The fuel tank has a chain Attached to the lid so you don’t lose the lid. Also, the tank has a built-in filter for the gas, which is easy to take out and clean. The spark plug wire was designed for easy removal. It has a hard plastic coating at the top for easy removal . This sprayer is set up for easy maintenance for the person who likes to keep things around for a while. Way to go DESIGNER team ! Last but not least the price was very reasonable !

We thought this was going to be for a small project. We ended up using ghisbfor about 5 hours a day for 5 days strait cleaning eavery piece of concrete we have plus a steel shop that has gone too many years without cleaning. There is not one thing I could criticize. We could not be happier

New Model. Unboxed. Carefully went through all set-up steps. Set choke, fuel and engine switches. New oil. Fresh Gas. Unit would not start. Worked with it for long time. Just will not start. Wasted day. Wasted money. Huge disappointment.

I bought the 3400 PSI gas washer a couple of weeks ago and finally put it together yesterday. Finishing assembly out of the box was easy and it started right up after putting the oil and gas in. Just used it for a few items, but it had great power and ran like a charm. I really like the variety of nozzles for different cleaning applications.

This machine has been awesome. Jack of all Powerwashing trades. Comes with great nozzles. Simple assembly. Starts up really easy. Good on gas. I powerwashed my patio, driveway and front of house and I could barely see a drop in fuel consumption. Great power. Will strip paint! Paint stains and dirt gone.
