Finally opened and assembled my pressure washer, found the handle was cracked and broken so will be requesting anew one from Westinghouse. Also noted the soap tube is kinked because of packing, need to heat it and fix. Overall, so far, appears solid. I'll revise once I use it.

I purchased this unit last month and assembled the associated parts to the sprayer frame. Directions were straight and easy to understand. Added the provided oil to the engine, and gasoline. Startup was easy and only took a few pulls on the cord. The pressure sprayer works as described, and provides PLENTY of power for cleaning auto's, motorcycles, and RV's. Easily takes off the dried bugs. Be careful when cleaning around stickers, as they can be removed by the sprayer. I had a coleman 2750psi water sprayer prior to this unit, and the Westinghouse outperformes the coleman with easy. Highly recommended!!!

When using the pressure washer on flat concrete, the unit 'walks' around due to engine vibration. The slick plastic tires allow the equipment to slide or move around when being run. I had to block both wheels with bricks to keep it from moving around. Also there is no place to brace your foot on the unit when pulling the starter rope. It wants to move around when pulling the starter rope due to the 'plastic' wheels. It would be nice if there was some sort of a foot pad to keep the unit stationary when pulling the starter rope. Otherwise the unit performed as advertised.

Each step had its own individual bag with associated parts in them. The directions were very clear and extremely easy to follow along. Great job to whoever wrote the instructions. The funnel that is provided was fantastic for adding oil to the power washer - will keep this for future fill-ups of oil.

Just got done doing my deck ,patio, stairs to the lake and dock. This machine worked great. What a vast improvement over my 13 year old Craftsman. What I liked was ease of mobilityconnections were easy . Only slight problem having difficulty getting sprayer nozzle off. Recommend this Washer highly.

This product came highly rated, and I'm glad I did my research before investing. You will not go wrong with this model (WPX3400 gas pressure washer). This thing is a powerhouse! I've power washed my driveway, patio, and side of the brick house, and now I'm doing my neighbor's house! It's so satisfying to power wash everything and see the staining disappear. Hours of fun!

I bought it 2 weeks ago but did not put together or used it till yesterday. I just found out that it needs a fitting at the end of the hose for the machine or the spray gun. they only put one fitting. they forgot to put one at the other end so I'm unable to use it because I cannot connect it to one side

I bought this a couple of weeks ago and was very happy with it. Came nicely packed and was very easy to assemble. Followed the instructions and started up on first pull. Just used it for a few minutes and plan to do some cleaning of the deck and patio this week. It is very easy to operate and seems to have great pressure.

We've had this for about 2 months and have used it quite a bit! So far, we've cleaned an old picnic table and prepped it for painting. We've cleaned our sidewalk and front walk. We've cleaned our unfinished wood ramp going to the front door. It's been my most favorite addition to our outdoor tool collection so far. The instructions were easy to follow (although - we needed more tools than what it stated). The startup and shut down procedures are clear. Just keep an eye on where your spray hose and water hose are when it's running - keep them away from any parts of the engine.

Just bought the 3400. Easy to follow instructions, easy to put together. Cleaned off the driveway, retaining wall, and fence the first day. The 3400 does not disappoint. Compact with plenty of power. I have known a few friends that owned them and I had to get my own, You will not be disappointed
