I just received my pressure washer yesterday which I purchased to replace a broken electric one. Assembled it no problem but didn't notice the large crack along the top of the spray gun plastic housing. Anyway, the unit seemed to start and run fine but now I need a replacement spray gun. Waiting on my call-back to see if I'll get a replacement gun or need to return it...

I bought this a couple days ago, putting it together was simple just follow the directions. I did need to call customer service in reference to the serial number as it was different than what is displayed in their directions (it is the white label bar code with numbers). it works well cleaning the driveway and front of house, love the 3400psi and 2.6 gal per min. i feel this will get the job done for my needs around the house.

I received this product as an early Father's day gift. I wanted to clean my deck. But I tried it first on the siding on my shed. It cut through all that dirt and mold that has built up over the years and now the siding looks fantastic! I can't wait to use it to clean my deck and house with. This product does what it says. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

I initially ordered and received a Simpson 3400 w/ 210 crx engine. It was very noisy, wheels were in front instead of in back making it very cumbersome to maneuver. I was not impressed by the results on my driveway. Got this unit because of the number of star ratings and ordered it. It did the job on my driveway with good results. It was easy to assemble and not much of a problem starting it. The only issue I have are the wheels are not as sturdy as they could be.

I purchased this to replace a Troy Bilt power washer that was stolen. After researching the market, this offers the best power and features in the power and price range. It has a choke and a fuel cut off valve which are missing from almost all of the competitors. It was super easy to assemble, just two nuts and bolts and an easy to fill and check the oil level.

I bought this gas power washer a week ago and put it into service immediately. I power washed the pavers around the pool, the concrete driveway and sidewalk. It performed very well. My only complaint is trying to restart the engine when it is warm. I had great difficulty trying to start it 3 times; twice when I ran out of gas and once when I turned it off and then tried to restart it shortly thereafter.

This is hands down the best residential power washer I have ever used. I did some research and this model came up frequently in my review searches. I am very pleased with the spray pressure with all the different nozzles. Very happy with this purchase.

This is my third pressure washer, the first one was many years ago and was only 2500 psi and had seen better days. Ten years ago I thought I would try an electric one and that had 1900 psi and just wouldn't clean as quickly as I would like. Because I have had outstanding success with Westinghouse generators, I figured they must also make a pretty good pressure washer. I was pleasantly surprised that it was also made in the USA! I have only had this unit a little over a week but everything I have cleaned has come out great and you can move along a lot quicker with 3400 psi! I am impressed with this unit and would recommend.

This is a very powerful, smooth running pressure washer and take half the time to pressure wash my house and concrete when compared to my old Troy Built pressure washer. This is a great buy for anyone whose looking to replace a pressure washer or buy their very first one!

We bought this unit about three weeks ago and find it to be well made and powerful enough for our needs. The instructions, however, were wrong about the tools needed for assembly. They called for only a 10mm wrench when, in fact, other tools were needed instead. What I found this unit need for assembly were a 10mm socket (not a wrench), a 13mm wrench, and a #4 hex bit. Thankfully I had all the tools necessary.
