It comes in a very secure box. Assembly was simple and only took about 20 minutes from opening the box until starting it up. It does a great job cleaning. It's simple to use and easily maneuverable. The pressure washer is going to save me a lot of money over the years. I HIGHLY recommend it.

I purchased this machine to replace an old electric one. Honestly, I wish I had just bought the gas washer first. Its an order of magnitude better in every single way. And not having to worry about that cord (or the electrics) is worth every extra penny. Not to mention the power of this thing is MILES above anything the electric could hope to achieve.

On the second use of the pressure washer, three off the motor mounts broke away from the chassis. The motor is not bolted to the chassis but is instead resting in four vulcanized rubber feet. Slight torque plus vibration dismounted three of the mounts from their rubber feet and now the engine being held on by one foot and a ratchet strap. Absolutely terrible design. Bolts should run from under the chassis, up threw the rubber feet, then attack to the motor itself.

I just bought this pressure washer after reviewing others that were available. I like the PSI and the other features and especially the price. I un-boxed it yesterday and assembled it, which was easy and put it to work. It was awesome...very powerful and was very easy to start, which was a big plus. Extremely satisfied!!

I finally unboxed and used this now that it's warming up. Minimal assembly, and what there was is very easy. Started on the 2nd pull and did a fantastic job cleaning my driveway in conjunction with my separately purchased Westinghouse 15" surface cleaner. This is the first gas powered pressure washer I've owned and it runs circles around my old electric pressure washer. So far, I would highly recommend this product.

Already used it once and way better the the other power washer I had. Fantastic so far. Wheels are a little cheap feeling. The wheels are plastic and a lot of play in them. So we will see how long they last. Maybe they are going to hold up. All in all great washer.

I bought this Power washer last week. It was extremely simple to assemble and prepare for use. It had all the need components including the oil for the washer. It started up on the very first pull. It is extremely powerful and completed the job with ease !!!

I have only owned it for a week, so I cannot comment on it's longevity. I can comment on a few other aspects....set up was pretty straight forward with clear instruction sheet. Besides an owner's manual, a parts manual is included. That is a nice to have on hand as opposed to trying to hunt down parts online. After setup, the unit started right up and ran flawlessly. Pressure sprayer works well and has plenty of power. The only reason for the 4 stars is because I have only owned it for a week, so unsure of its long-term reliability. Overall, the unit looks to be high quality and durable.

I bought this item as a father's day gift from my children to me. I had read many of the reviews and learned about the issues that others have had with this Brand and specific model. It took me about twenty or thirty minutes to assemble the pressure washer. Very easy! The only loose hardware was intentional for the installation of the wand holder. The other issues that I had read about have been addressed in the design or manufacturing process. Looks to be an excellent product. I have not had the opportunity to use this yet. I have ordered a short trigger wand and foam cannon for the power washer to use for washing our cars. These should be here tomorrow. Then let the fun begin.

Switched from an electric pressure washer as it did not have enough power to the Westinghouse 3400psi gas model. What a difference. You can actually feel the wand kick back when you pull the trigger. Huge gas tank that extends your run time before refilling. Combine this with the 16.5" surface cleaner and cut your time in half.
