Bought one 7/16/24. Missing "Push rivet" for upper hose holder. Someone's not checking to make sure all parts are included. "Quick start guide" says connect high pressure hose to water inlet, then connect garden hose to water inlet... Really? How can you connect both hoses to water inlet? "User manual" has the connections correct (high pressure hose to water outlet, and garden hose to water inlet). Don't you think they'd have professional editors proof read the manuals before printing? As for the pressure washer, it started fine, ran fine for maybe 20 min., then I shut it off for about 10 min. Restarted it, and ran for about 5 min. and wouldn't restart. The next day it started after a few pulls and seemed to be fine and ran as long as I wanted it to. No way to change engine or idle speed. It runs fast the whole time. What's up with that? Rip cord needs to be different place like in the back for better stability so you can use one hand to hold the cart handle and pull the rip cord. The way it is now if you're a right handed, you have hold your left on the gas tank and pull with right hand. Also I didn't see any info about pump oil. Does it use oil from the engine or is there a separate place to check it?

After 22 years, I was in the market for a new pressure washer. After reviewing ratings and reviews, I selected the Westinghouse WPX3400. The manual and information included with the pressure washer are very detailed and easy to understand. Understanding which spray nozzles should be used for each situation was made very easy. My husband never used the red one before and has learned now he probably has no reason to use the yellow one. I love the detail for the maintenance and season storage. (It makes me wonder how the other one lasted 22 years.) I intend to be the user of the machine and used it for the first time on the driveway and sidewalk. It was easy to move the machine around. I like the fact that the machine has a vertical structure which makes it easier to store and move; the handle for the last machine was angled and took up so much space. The spray nozzles are easily accessed as they are stored on the machine. The machine did a great job cleaning and I did not get soaked in the process. My only issue is that I have struggled to start any engine required a recoil handle; that is my husband's job. The spray gun was comfortable to use. I am looking forward to staying on top of the outdoor cleaning.

My wife bought the wpx3400 for me for Christmas a little while ago, and I'll admit it sat in the box for a little while. Boating season is here and I needed to clean the used boat I just purchased. After using this power washer to clean it up, it looks like new! The different nozzles really help with each different material on the boat, for instance, the metal toons or the carpet and leather. It worked perfectly for everything. Even my concrete patio...Fantastic product.

I haven't used this product yet. I bought it due to a good internet performance rating. The price appeared reasonable for the size of the PSI of the unit. I don't know how long the plastic tires will last. The soap feeding tube needs a protective shield. The tube was routed along the tubular frame which has a bolt very close to it. It would appear that the tube would rub against that bolt head and rupture. I'm making my own shield for it soon.

I had to replace an old pressure washer because the pump stopped working. I researched this product to find out if it had any problems. Although there were a few negative reviews, most were positive. So I bought it. It has performed better than I could have ever expected.

Received two machines at different addresses; returned one to store requesting followup if billed for unordered unit. I have used the unit twice for washing car. Unit lacks throttle & runs full power requiring shut down if no spraying after one minute; start up requires that trigger on spray gun be held open to relieve back pressure in pump. Both of these issues detract from the functionality of the unit. This unit is clearly designed for homeowner use for light cleaning projects. I would be surprised if the unit lasts two years. Cost is reasonable given the functionality issues.

Quick delivery…purchased on Wednesday and received it on Friday. All parts were accounted for and assembly instructions were straightforward and clear. Initial oil fill was slowest part of the setup. 10W-30 oil is included, but requires several iterations of replacing the oil dipstick to ensure it’s sufficiently filled (mine took about 20oz). Pressure washer appears to be solidly built and a good value based on its features and power. Only four stars for now until I get to start it up and put it to the test this weekend.

I move to Nort Carolina in 2023 and my first exposure to the red clay soil, and the stains it left on my driveway and sidewalk. I wanted a pressure washer that would clean my driveway, sidewalk, and patio. The option of having different pressure heads, that gives me the opportunity to tackle all my needs, like house and roof cleaning, vehicle, and gutters.

I got this pressure washer for my husband as a Christmas gift. He used it for the first time this May and it did a fantastic job cleaning the throw rugs. He has yet to use it on siding or driveway. Loves the pressure but he gave it 4.5 stars because he was not thrilled with the hose and wand. He struggled to wrap the hose back up and had to get straps to keep it together and in place. It's very stiff and not flexible but don't let that prevent you from getting one because it does a great job. They just need to add velcro straps or something better to secure the hose.

The very first day I brought the washer home I used it for 6 hours and cleaned my entire two story house. It started up right away and never overheated or hesitated during the long day. I used every nozzle that it came with--black for soap application, white yellow and green for siding cleaning within reach and even the highest pressure red nozzle for areas much higher then my reach. Dark stains on gutters were removed and in general, everything looks great.
