Just started using this pressure washer, opted for the 3400 psi model...glad i did. Unit was packaged extremely well, assembly instructions were logical and clear, unit started right up without any complications. Easy to maneuver and roll. First couple uses met expectations...hope this pressure washer provides good service for many years.

After using the WPX3400 a few times on driveways, sidewalks, and paver patios, I found it to be easy to start, simple to use, and plenty powerful with the white nozzle. I swapped the pressure hose for a 50 ft Flexzilla and used them together to get 85 ft when needed, and it works fine. I think the flow rate is too low to use with a surface cleaner, but it works with some additional passes. I also am not using the onboard soap holder and just go directly from a jug.

Easy to follow very clear instructions as to assembly and introduction to use. Well covered safety information. Amazingly light weight and easily maneuverable, strong and sturdy. Compact, for its capabilities, the MPX 3400 is excellent and easy to use. Operation instructions were clear and concise. As a mature user, the 'hand tighten" feature throughout were exceptionally important. Cleaning of heavy equipment with ease. Thanks

For a long time I've been using a basic 2000 PSI electric pressure washer for my business and struggled heavily to get work done, especially driveways. I managed to save up and get this pressure washer and although it's loud because it's a gas pressure washer, it cuts through grime and dirt pretty easily. I'm looking forward to getting enough work to eventually get the 4400 PSI gas pressure washer in the far future, but other than that, this pressure washer works pretty efficiently!

Purchased for me for a birthday/father's day gift. I could not be more pleased with the operation and performance of this product. I have been able to complete tasks that were "out of my reach" prior to owning this product. Westinghouse has lived up to its well deserved excellent reputation

When I took the pressure washer out of the box, the first thing I noticed is how thorough and well written the instructions were. Not only did they give you a Quick Start Guide, but the Owner's Manual was very detailed and provided fantastic step by step instructions for set-up and maintenance. The pressure washer itself works fantastic. It is easy to set-up and does an awesome job. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this product!

I just received this product and it was packaged excellently with no damages. I just used it for the first time and it works great and started up on the second pull. The pull string is easy to reach. I hope to get many years of use from this product. Thanks Westinghouse!!

We haven't had the product very long and I bought it more for my husband's home shop than for me but he was very impressed with the way the product is set up. He said it will easy to use and he's pretty picky about everything so that was a plus right away.

I bought this a few days ago and am very pleased. Assembly too only about 15 mins with a socket and allen wrench. You have to add the oil provided per the directions. After assembly I pulled the starter cord several times to lubricate the engine. Then added gas and hooke up water via a hose and turned on the water. Turned on the gas valve and the choke and the machine started immediately. Turned off the choke and began pressurewashing. Very powerful machine. Large wheels make it easy to move around. No issues so far!

I was reluctant to purchase this unit, never having associated Westinghouse with outdoor power equipment. That said, it was easy to assemble and the engine starts on the first pull every time; I usually don't even need to engage the choke. It runs solid, has plenty of power, and the large rear wheels help getting it up and down stairs when I'm working alone. There are some engineering things that bother me and I always wonder why better solutions couldn't have been sorted out in design. For instance, the inlet for the power hose is right below the muffler which will burn it; why not have the inlet be . . . anywhere else? (though my old power washer did have the same problem) I like having an onboard soap container but the spout is positioned in such a way that it is very difficult to pour the soap in without a funnel; all they needed to do was have the spout placed at one end instead of in the center right under the girth of the engine. It's also odd to have to pull up to start the engine which necessitates keeping one foot on the frame to prevent from tipping it over. These design flaws are really only minor inconveniences; I'm very happy with the purchase.
