Product arrived (had shipped to the house) in good condition. Parts to assemble were each enclosed in plastic bags along with associated hardware. Assembly directions were clear. Once assembled, I fired it up. It started easily and ran great. I power washed my garage door and the unit functioned perfectly.

Absolutely wonderful machine!!! Thorough and comprehensive instructions, works and runs tightly, starts easily and consistently, oil charts and maintenance recommendations that are very helpful. Pre greased inlets are much appreciated. Would recommend 5/5!

I am very happy with my WPX3400 purchase. It was easy to assemble, and no parts were damaged in shipping. Start-up was a breeze, and everything worked as it should. I power washed all the hard concrete, paver stones, patio wall bricks, and stamped concrete around my house with excellent results. Both the wand nozzles and the Westinghouse 15-inch surface tool cleaned to perfection. The removable upper handle made the washer easy to transport in my small SUV. I highly recommend this washer!

Our family watched a program, American Built, on the Fox Nation channel that explored the history of Westinghouse. We were thoroughly impressed by the dedication of the work-force that made the company grow, especially the reliability built into every product. We were in the market for a new pressure washer, having given our younger son our old unit, and after some research, decided that the Westinghouse WPX3400 would be exactly what we wanted. After purchasing the unit, we discovered that it came with only a few parts that needed to be attached (with exceptional instructions) and it was a well-built, compact unit that could be easily stored when not in use. The pressure washer is better than anything we have ever owned and I use it often, given the Florida climate conditions, where mold grows on on patio blocks, concrete surfaces and pool enclosures. We are very pleased with the WPX3400 and have actually recommended it to several friends. Thank you Westinghouse!

Consumer Reports ranks this machine #1 and after purchasing and using one yesterday I can attest that it is indeed a terrific pressure washer!! Very powerful and did a job cleaning up my concrete walk and front steps. I do wish it came with a 50 foot hose instead of the 25 footer provided.

Love this pressure washer. The instillation was very simple and straight forward. Was up and operational in less than 30 minutes. Love everything about this pressure washer. After assembly, I washed my car and washed a portion of my sidewalk and what a difference it made. I specifically chose the gas unit over the electric one and I'm glad I did. This pressure washer performs well and I am excited for long term us in the years to come!

Just used this for the first time. Excellent pressure, love the fact that you can choke to start. Most of competitors do not have the feature. Very powerful machine and with detergent takes no time to wash the house. If it lasts it would be the best power washer I had ever owned.

First Impressions While some effort was taken to explain the process of assembling the few parts required to make the product operational, there was no mention of the tools required for installation of these parts. Although the parts were mainly screws, nuts and bolts, there was one nut on the US system and several metric nuts and bolts with star pattern heads. Each of these requiring metric tools and star head drivers. Given the power washer is going to be purchased by a variety of people with or in may cases without proper metric tools, I believe US standard nuts and bolts are a better choice.. An installation job that should have taken me 10 minutes took up to an hour because of the lack of proper metric tools. If metric nuts and bolts with start patterns are going to be included, it would be nice to include simple tools for their installation. As, for the power washer, it appears to be well made but since, I have not used it, time will tell. I will try it out and leave another review.

I have a Westinghouse electrical washer and love it but I had to buy a more powerful one for a different project and application. Very powerful to remove paint off wall, easy to assemble, not too heavy and reasonably priced I used it for a few minutes and noticed that the motor is hot but I'm not sure if is this normal, will use it more often and see how it performs.
