Just got this yesterday so I only have about an hour of operation. This is a replacement for a troy bilt washer. Quality seems to be much better and it goes together easily. Great pressure but could use a little better leverage on the trigger. It gets tiring holding it open. Only thing that kept it from beint a 5 are the wheels. They are quite floppy on the axles and have about 2-3 inches of side play. Ok I guess but it takes away from the overall good qualith of the unit. I will probably try and put shims on the wheels to tighten them up but problem may be axle and hub are different sizes.

I used a pressure washer first time today and it’s amazing. The unboxing was easy, clear instructions and everything was good to go within 10 minutes including attaching the hose, fill gas and crank up the pressure washer and got an area done in no time.

I needed to powerwash our home and privacy fence. Our old powerwasher needed some parts replaced, but the parts are no longer available. This WPX3400 was available at a good price. We have washed our fence and the front of the house with great results. I plan on using this powerwasher several times over the summer and believe that it will be of great service.

I had been hanging onto my previous pressure washer for the last 14 years. The thing was great until the engine decided to seize one day (after about 15 minutes of use). With about 200' of dirty vinyl fence left in front of me, I searched around looking for something to love the same way I did my old pressure washer. Going off of online reviews, I decided to go with the WPX3400. Let me just say, this is one solid pressure washer. Assembly took less than 5 minutes, and everything is right where it should be, i.e. the choke and fuel switches are right where you'd want them, the spray nozzles fit securely right on the top of the pressure washer, etc... I never realized how easy a pressure washer should move from place to place in the yard. The hose on my previous unit would drag the ground, so I had to practically pull it backwards wherever I'd go. With my new one, I can move it with easy. Nothing dragging. The hoses sit almost a foot off of the ground. The washer cleaned that 200' of fence that I mentioned earlier in about 5 hours. That's about 3 hours less than my old one. Last but not least, the thing started up on the very first pull! I've never had anything (brand new) start on the very first pull. Usually it takes a couple of pulls to just get fuel into the carb. I was blown away. If I had one complaint, it would be that it can be a little difficult to start back up when you need to add gas. It takes a couple of very quick pulls to get it running again. My wife had a lot of trouble with this. Her pull was more of a slower pull that you'd do when starting it. I'd have to step in and get it started back up. We tried everything to keep it from happening-- pulling the handle to release water pressure, choke off/on, even shutting the fuel off for about 10 seconds before turning the pressure washer off, but this didn't help either. My old pressure washer could be stubborn after a fill up too, so that's why we tried this. I'd love to see someone make a side step attachment of some sort that can be used on a pressure washer. It's always difficult to hold it in place while starting, especially with the lightning fast pulls that it needed after a fill up. Still, I'm not going to knock the review to 4 stars because of this. This was very minor (because it always started back up). The unit is solid, seems very well built, and mowed through a job much faster than we anticipated.

Assembly was easy and unit provides great cleaning pressure. However, warm starting is not "easy start" as advertised on the gas tank. Cold starting is actually easier than restarting after a brief stop. You have to place one foot on the frame near the soap bottle to hold it down while pulling hard and swift to get it started.

Purchased 3 days ago. The WPX3400 performs well with enough power to strip a deck for restraining. Initially easy to assemble the power washer and unit has thirough owners manual.. The power washer was easy to transport and lightweight. The unit performed well for deck stripping with plenty of power.. only problem I experienced was that the power washer struggled to restart after the unit required refueling. The starter pull rope combined with how light the power washer was made it difficult to pull the rope to restart the unit (rope hard to pull with resistance from the unit). After three or four pulls, the unit restarted and performed well.

I purchased three of these machines, and every one arrived with the same damage due to faulty packaging. The soap hose was crimped and in two cases torn. Finally on the third machine I was able to disconnect the hose, cut off 1/2" and reassemble. Save yourself the effort of multiple returns. If you can't buy it in a store, don't buy it.

I just received this yesterday and broke open the box today I have high expectations for using this all around the house and anywhere else needed. Excited for an upgrade from the previous electric model. I receive great satisfaction from cleaning. Have confidence in this company.

I bought this pressure washer to do general pressure washing of equipment, and to wash the exterior of my house. I have the need to transport it from one location to another in the back of my vehicle, and I was greatly pleased to learn that the handle breaks down Easily to allow loading in a trunk or the back of an SUV. The wheels are large enough to make the unit easy to transport. I upon opening the shipping container I found that the unit was mostly assembled, requiring very little further assembly. How wonderful. I would recommend looking at this product line, as at this point I can find nothing negative about this purchase

I bought this product in June and I went on a cleaning frenzy. I cleaned a cement driveway and sidewalk, my stone walls, window screens, vinyl porch railing, aluminum railings, and anything else I could think of. Excellent results. I couldn't be happier.
