I bought the GPX3400 after reading many reviews of the WPX line as well as other brands. Delivery, setup and first use went great with no issues at all pressure washing my back patio. It seems to be a very solid unit and I hope to get some great use out of it. Don't know why I waited so long to get one of these, I love it!

I had this power washer for a year and it worked great. Then the unit started to leak and not turn on. I submitted a support ticket here on this website a month ago and never heard from anyone. So much for that lifetime support. Right now I have a piece of junk that doesn't work. Don't let this happen to you. Find a company that will stand by their products

As a farmer, our equipment can be covered in dirt, oil, and grease. Our pressure washer served us well for 8 years but it was tired. We found this model with it's higher psi and longer hose we were surprised at the price point. While we had our doubts, it had very high reviews and only a few complaints. After around 10 hours of use, we encountered our first issue, the supply hose screws on in such a way the hose rubs on the wheel and it rubbed a hole in the brand-new hose. I think we can fab something up in the shop to fix this as the unit itself is amazing for us to use. The pressure is more than enough to remove the hardest of grim while not being hard to handle. The unit is easy to maneuver on uneven ground, light enough to throw in the truckbed, and easy to start. Setup was easy and only took us a few minutes to assemble. We highly recommend this unit and for the price point, I don't think you can beat it.

The washer requires minimal assembly. This replaces my previous commercial washer that was extremely difficult to reposition especially if you were working in the grass while pressure washing your home. It claims 3400 PSI which is the same as my commercial but it doesn't seem to quite match it however it may be the difference in the hose diameters.

I just finished assembling the unit (took about 30 minutes as minimal assembly is required) and have yet to pull the starter cord but I had to comment on the instruction manual that came with it. The easiest and most accurate of any power equipment manual I’ve ever used. It’s all in normal English and it’s logical (I’m an engineer and I notice that kind of stuff). As I start to use it I’ll comment further but I expect a really good product.

Great pressure washer. Easy assembly, easy start, seems solid. Disappointed with quick connect collar for changing nozzles; never had one this tough, jamming. Tried nozzles on old pressure washer quick connect collar and much smoother. Detergent tank fill in difficult location. If not for quick connect collar issue, would have been 5 stars.

First unit wouldn’t start and was sent another. Second one was obviously used, fuel tank was smashed and there was also oil spilled all inside box and all over unit so they sent us another one. This one arrives and appears new but was missing the pressure hose, the box with oil, fittings, nozzles and wand barrel. Now currently waiting on customer service to open to see what they’re going to do. Total frustration!!

I bought this pressure washer to replace one I'd had for about 20 yrs. I wanted something smaller and easier to start. After researching several brands and reading reviews I decided on this one b/c it provided the highest PSI, 3400, for the most economical price. Assembly was fairly easy although previous reviews I'd read said you needed more tools than the directions indicated and that is true. I needed plyers and torx wrench in order tighen the bolts sufficiently. The other issue I had was that two of the washers provided did not screw all the way down on the bolts so I had to use my own washers. Once assembled I attempted to start it following the directions of putting the choke lever on choke. That did not work, I put it on run and it started immedately. Was able to clean my pool deck, and yard pavers on a single tank of gas which was good. I used the soap dispenser and the directions said to disconnent it from the bottom to flush it out but there doesn't appear to be an easy way to do that w/o turning the unit over which the directions say not to do. Would like to have some advice on that. I plan to update this review after I've used the pressure washer a few more times.

I bought this power washer 10 days ago. I used my old power washer to clean my patio. I had a white film that did not come off. After using using the Westinghouse power washer i was able to remove all that white layer. You have to secure the washer when using it. The power is not heavy and when running it tends to move around. Simple fix was to rest it next to the water hose.

The WPX3400 is a great overall value for the price point. I really like the upright and slim design. Engine starts easy, water pressure is awesome and overall ergonomics well done. I have already used it cleaning my pontoon boat and UTV. Love it so far.
