I bought this a few weeks ago from a store near my location. My initial thought was some minor irritation as it inadvertently was shipped to me without a lance for the sprayer gun. I considered taking it back to the store, but decided to give Westinghouse a chance to correct it for me. Following my phone call with the representative, my frustration turned to excitement. While on the phone, he created the case to ship the missing part, waited for me to send him a screenshot of my purchase while still on the phone, and ordered/shipped the part out within about a 5 minute phone call! To make things even better, he said "just to be safe, I'd factor in 5 days for delivery". Not today sir...1.5 day transit time for delivery. People mentioned installing be a minor "con"...you have to tighten 3 nuts/bolts, 1 plastic snap, add the supplied oil and connect the hoses...if you have trouble with those, may want to just pay a company to power wash for you! Lighthearted jokes aside, solid build, mechanically strong and while it may seem minor, the large wheels make moving it around the yard so much easier! Extremely satisfied and would recommend!

I bought a few pressure washers before I got to this one. The others were cheaper but I guess you get what you pay for. I dont like that I have to crank it a few times but I guess you have to since it is a gas but it is far better than the electric ones that I had to return.

Purchased this unit because my old electric pressure washer failed. I decided to go with a gas powered unit this time. Received it in a very timely manner. Assembly was aided by the thorough manual. I've used it a few times now and this unit has wonderful and effective pressure. The engine is also very easy to start. So glad I chose this Westinghouse model.

I received my new Westinghouse gas power washer a week ago and I am very satisfied with its performance. This washer is very easy to handle and operate. There is a nozzle for every imaginable job around my home to the delight of my wife. This power washer will take care of lots of Honey-Do jobs

Does the job like my now retired Troy-Bilt pressure washer. I was disappointed that assembly required tools and none were included, like a cheap metal wrench or a Allen wrench. For someone as non-mechanical as myself, I need all the help I can get when putting new things together. lol. I might add another review once I use it. =)

I have about one hour of use with this pressure washer. I am impressed! It started on first pull! I started cleaning a retaining wall along our driveway and was amazed at how well it cleaned. Surprise! the retaining wall had beautiful tan color I never new it!

Bought this power washer because we were tired of borrowing one every year from a relative. This is easy to use/set up. My wife even loves to power wash the deck! This power washer is easy to move around and gets the job done. The 3400 PSI gets the job done quicker too. Would recommend to a friend. Glad we purchased.

Strong pressure and flow. Features I appreciate: large wheels to move it around, placement of the water hose (in) attachment and pressure house at the back rather than under the engine like my prior PW & tip storage. Soap dispenser is a nice feature that isn't included numerous competitor models of this class.

Bought this yesterday and went to work on the concrete last night. Soap dispenser was excellent and the pressure was fine. Still a tedious job even with good equipment. Also, gas powered is the way to go. The water hose and wand hose create a bit of clutter in the power washing process. Can't imagine having to negotiate an electrical cord as well. Plus, the electric products never have as much power. If you have a gas lawn mower you can maintain the gas power washer.

I bought this last week and put it to the test immediately. I pressure washed by 100 foot concrete driveway that was totally filthy. The washer performed lawlessly. I cannot tell you well it performed. The size and condition of my driveway made it a two day job. It started usually on the first pull and had great pressure. The only faults that I found was the location of where the water hose entered the washer. It is located on the side and not the back. This put the water hose over the tire and tended to be in the way a lot. Another problem I had was that the vibration during use would turn the washer around in a circle and tangle my water and pressure washer hoses. Other than that, I would reccmmend this washer to anyone that wants a durable machine for a fair price.
