This was a Father's Day gift 2024. Out of the box, the assembly was fairly simple. The bolt for the handle-holder is a bit kluge; as it is recessed and hard to assemble without a nut driver. The remainder assembled very easily. It started up after two pulls (really good). The power is there, and it seems to clean well (as expected). I have not used the "soap" dispenser; as of yet. No leaks; so, all seems good; for now.

I have owned four power washers over the years for personal use and this is by far the best one ever! Design lays everything out in a common sense manner and easy to access. Great power and pressure. No wonder it is so highly rated by consumers. Thanks Westinghouse for making these in the USA!

This is overall well thought out and powerful. It is much more compact for storage than I was expecting. It has a great flow rate and pressure, so cleans much faster than an electric and makes a circular concrete cleaning attachment more effective. For some reason the pin that holds one of the wheel axles in place was missing or otherwise fell off. Within the first minute or two of using it, the axle vibrated out and the unit titled diagonally I shut it off. I'm working with warranty now and it sounds like I should get the missing part. I just used a wire in the meantime. The only other constructive feedback I have is that the soap tank opening is poorly placed and is obstructed my the pump. There is probably not a great place for it but providing a funnel that can compensate would be great. A normal funnel shape still doesn't help and an oil funnel that's a long shape that I had for my generator kind of worked with some difficultly.

Haven’t actually used this yet. I registered my pressure washer the day i received it and in order to receive a free item was required to write a review. Look forward to first use! Set up was fairly straightforward. A little concerned about exterior plastic tubes and how they will hold up.

I bought this about a month ago and so far am pretty pleased with two concerns. The good: Starts and runs easy, pressure is good and nozzles are easy to change. I like the soap dispenser, which my old pressure washer did not have. The wand holder is easy to use and holds the wand well. The not so good: the wand hose is ridiculously stiff. Even in warmer weather, it stays stiff and that makes maneuvering the wand much harder. The loops from not using it don't unravel easy and so you're constantly fighting the hose and it's hard to get the benefit of the full length of it. That also makes it a total pain to recoil it when done using. It should come with a better quality more rubber based hose that doesn't have all that coil memory and flexes easily for use and is easy to coil up and put on the storage hook. The other thing that's bothersome is that the soap dispenser runs through the soap extremely quickly. I went through a gallon in a very short period of time.

This was given as a Christmas present and I have thoroughly enjoyed using it. It starts with one pull and has great pressure and is easy to use. Can't do without it now as I am cleaning every item that has collected mildew and grime since I had a professional do the cleaning a couple of years ago. No need for him anymore.Thiscwas a fabulous gift. I love it.

I bought this pressure washer to clean up the driveway of the house I just bout. There been a car parked there for years and the outline of the car was black with mold growing in places. This pressure washer tackled the job quick and easy leaving my driveway bright and clean. I plan to use it on my house and deck next. I like the selection of nozzles that have multiple uses. This washer is a worthy purchase.

I bought this several months back but got to use it for the first time recently. It was a bit of struggle to first start the washer but when it did start it was pretty smooth. Couple of things I noticed is there are two oil openings which is confusing and also hard to access. I also wish there was separate soap dispenser switch so you can alternate between soap and just plain water, if there is one already I didn't find it. The pressure with which the water was dispensed was very good compared to my 1000PSI electric.

The pressure washer was simple and easy to assemble. Instructions are clear and easy to follow. The engine started on the 2nd pull and ran smoothly. I sprayed the driveway with the medium nozzle and it cleaned off the dirt very well. Good machine.

Great unit for the price! Hard to beat these specs on a quality machine for the price. Assembly takes 10 minutes tops. Add oil and gas and you're ready to go. Fired up on first pull! I was shocked at the pressure coming out of the spray wand. It took years of dirt and grime off my pavers. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a residential gas pressure washer.
