I purchased this model because it was well rated by consumer reports and had really high pressure. So far it as cleaned well and starts well. Here are a few minor things I have noticed: - When changing the oil, the pictures seem incorrect regarding the side to use. Also, putting new oil in is not easy. the fill location/method should be improved on future designs. - The intake filter is not removable that I can see and instructions for cleaning it are not precise. Basically they say "clean the filter" but it would be nice if it indicated how should clean it. - The needle for cleaning the nozzles should be secured better since it can easily fall out and can be lost. Perhaps a clip to secure it next time?

The product was packaged well and there was no damage. There is some assembly required but it is very simple. After adding oil and fuel, I hooked it up and it started on the first pull and the engine ran very smooth. I am impressed with how well it is built and how it performed. I am very happy with this purchase.

Very well engineered pressure washer. Easy to put together, and all the relevant controls are marked with yellow (fuel switch, on/off switch, choke). It comes with the oil you need-you will need to add it DONT START MACHINE WITHOUT FIRST PUTTING OIL IN! Pressure washer started right up and we used it several hours on the trial run. It comes with several tips, including a soap tip, and we ran Simple Green through the machine with no issues. The on-board tip storage is nice; the tips are color coded and match what is written on the storage holders. Plenty of power for cleaning, believe me. The only issue we had was a bubble forming in the pressure hose. Have to get that replaced before it actually fails.

After putting the Pressure washer together, I have used it on four different occasions. I'm very satisfied with the results. I have wanted a pressure washer for several years. The performance of the machine is great. I have used it to clean my porch and the accompanying walkway. The results are wonderful.

I was able to assemble it out of the box in about 25 minutes. Would have been quicker if they included the allen wrench. Good pressure, and starts right away. The fuel shut off is nice, but it takes about minute to run out of fuel. It has an electric shut off too, but I like to run the fuel out of the carb.

This is probably my 3rd or 4th pressure washer in the last 25 years, and now I see what I was missing before! This is the largest PSI washer that I've ever owned, and I was afraid it would be very loud, but it is much quieter than I thought it would be - quieter than my Craftsman that decided to "die" on me a couple of weeks ago (and I had only had it for about 4 years!). Easy to assemble, easy to operate, no "kickback" like I had expected. I've only used this washer a couple of times, and I excited about using it for many years to come.

Just purchased this pressure washer and once delivered I immediately put it to work. It is a top notch pressure washer, runs great and as a bonus has a built-in soap dispenser for your pressure washer cleaner. It is awkward trying to get the soap into the dispenser without spilling any but that is a minor issue. If you are thinking about upgrading or purchasing a pressure washer for the first time, this is the one to get!

Installed and used the pressure washer today for cleaning the pavement and the weeds. Instructions are clear, and everything worked as expected. The instruction could mention that the engine oil tank will take the whole bottle (provided with the product) to fill up. I had to check a few times when filling the oil tank.

Quite pleased with the overall performance of the WPX3400. Once started the washer cut through the dirt and grime on the house siding and sidewalks. I like that the spray handle doesn't have an extra safety button the press before spray - something that was a bit cumbersome with an older model Craftmans I had. It also seems to not guzzle fuel the way the old washer did as I still had half a tank left after washing the house. Only problem I had was with starting. I followed all the instructions for assembly and operation but could not initially get the washer motor to turn over for the first time. After many attempts - followed by releasing any pressure that may have built up in the sprayer - I moved the Choke lever just a little towards Run, gave the rip cord a pull and the motor revved up immediately. From that point on, no issues. Very good washer for the price.

Seems like a well built unit, but it would not start right out of the box. After some troubleshooting I found the carburetor float bowl had varnish and chalky residue in it. The stem of the carb that holds the bowl was also covered in varnish. They test these units at the factory, which is good, but they need to have ALL of the old gas drained before being boxed up so this doesn’t happen. After calling customer service, they are willing to send a new carburetor, but you shouldn’t have to replace parts on a new unit just to start using it! Westinghouse, please do better in this aspect.
