Just put it together yesterday and the only recommendation I have is the list of needed tools only called for a metric 10 wrench. I also needed a 13 for the front foot and an Allen wrench for the wand bracket. Other than that - easy to assemble with the quick guide only and it started right up on the second pull. Worked great to get the pollen mud off my cars!

I absolutely love this pressure washer.It came 2 days early,and putting it together was a snap. I like the 3400 psi to get the job done I need too. I put oil and gas in and it cranked the first pull and has been running like a champ since!I highly recommend this pressure washer.

Just received the pressure washer and upon assembly 2 of the plastic rivets holding the plastic to the handle where not there. Assembly was easy and it started on the second pull. The nozzles stay in place very well on the tray holder and are easy to change out. The 25ft hose that comes with the machine is very stiff so that is likely something I will be upgrading. While running the unit stays very planted on concrete and is very easy to move around when needed. Overall seems to be a good machine I just wish I didn't have missing pieces. Hope there are no issues down the road.

My father in law purchased this as a gift for me and it has been just what I needed to clean off my back patio! We have chickens who like to do their business on our patio and a water hose doesn’t do the trick. This power washer has made cleaning the patio a breeze and works great on the furniture as well. I’m very happy with this machine.

Easy setup except for the bolt supplied to attach the lower holder. Nut was stripped and I couldn't get it on the bolt. It is metric. Who has a metric nut and bolt. So had to dig into my stash and get a SS bolt/nut I had to finish the job. Seems to run good so far. Too early to tell.

We just got done using this pressure washer and the Steel Wheel accessory and it shaved hours off of our time doing the job. The Pressure Washer cranked right and had great power to cut through the grime. We are so happy with our purchase and cant wait to use it again in the fall.

I just took delivery of the pressure which came with easy assembly instructions. I took the time to actually follow the instructions, which were straight forward and sufficiently detailed. After assembly, installing oil and fuel, the pressure washer started with one pull and all systems go. I am very pleased with my purchase. I retired an old machine that was over 20 years old and I expect this one to serve me well for as long as I need it.

I bought the 3,400 psi pressure washer along with the 15” surface cleaner. The combination worked fantastic and quickly to clean my driveway and patio around my pool. Starting the unit was a little tricky, it took multiple pulls and the engine flooded on my 3rd use, probably user error. But I never had any issues starting a Craftsman pressure washer with a Briggs and Stratton engine on one or two pulls.

We received our new XP3400 on Monday. Setup was very easy, only issue I had was that the Soap Hose was linked right where it goes into the Pump. I cut the hose just above the barb, removed the kinked part and reinserted the hose. An easy fix. Added oil and gas and it started up right away. Used it to clean up our mower, Perfect!

Sought this pressure washer after reading Consumer Reports review. This was their top-rated pressure washer. Rating and review is true to the unit - good cleaning achieved using it; it is LOUD (wear ear protection), the hose is on the short side (will buy a longer hose). Is a little hard to start - I needed to brace the side opposite pull starter against a wall while putting my foot on base. Otherwise, it wants to tip over. I would recommend it to others.
