As a mechanical engineer and product designer myself I tip my hat to the team at Westinghouse! The design was clearly thought through for functionality, features, ergonomics and the ease of assembly - although I did need a 13mm wrench and 4mm (or 5/32") hex key not mentioned in the instructions. No big deal. Everything is included except gasoline, and I had it together in no time. First impressions - besides the power - was how easily it starts, and how the large wheels give it great maneuverability. I actually expected it to be louder and more beastly, but it is well behaved while running and the large rubber foot at the front does a great job of keeping it in place while also absorbing vibration. My only critique is that a right angle fitting should have been used where the soap hose enters the pump, to prevent the hose from kinking. But overall this is a great machine that I expect will last for years.

I bought this pressure washer to use for my home service business. It was extremely easy to put together, with clear instructions. All parts were included, and packaged very well. They even include the oil you need to use before starting the pressure washer. I would recommend this product to all home DIY, or professionals looking for a great easy product to use.

After my prior washer died, I began looking for a replacement. The WPX3400 was my choice. All the features that I wanted, and accompanying documentation was complete. I used the washer the first day I got it, and it has plenty of power to handle toughest jobs. I am very pleased with my new washer.

Bought this after my old one died. Use it mainly for the sidewalk, driveway and privacy fence. We are on a corner lot and have a lot of sidewalk. It does a great job!! WIsh it had a longer hose, otherwise it does a fantastic job. Looked around at different models before purchasing this one. Good choice!

I bought this machine a week ago, i used it once and so far it was great. i gave it a 4star because i shut it off to refuel and it took more than a few pull to restart.. overall it did a great job.. Job well done tho.. Base on just one use.it took 15 minutes from open box to start up..easy to assembly..

I just hit the five hour mark so it's time to swap out the oil that came with the machine but so far I like it better than what I had previously, name a gas powered and an electric powered pressure washer. Noticeably more powerful than the other gas powered model, and of course the electric doesn't stand a chance. The large wheels are awesome as I've already wheeled it over things that my old model would have never been able to handle, plus the old model had the connections on the underside of the frame which naturally had way more cons than pros. Know that if you attempt to use it just about any aftermarket high pressure hose that has a plastic grip "handle" on it then that will likely push up against the frame to an uncomfortable degree. Finding a 90 degree adapter for the garden hose is easy as it's similar, but finding a sweeping M22-14mm adapter is tough if not impossible (and not cheap) so the best thing to do is use the hose that came with the unit as a leader hose. Even if that hose fails on you at some point, short replacements are available that will serve the same purpose. Formally, Westinghouse's position is that: "We can only recommend using the hoses that come with the unit, as they are specifically designed and tested to ensure proper function and performance. Any information regarding the use or setup of non-OEM hoses would need to be sourced independently, as we’re unable to provide support for third-party components." Hope this helps, have fun and be safe!

I brought my 3400 pressure washer last week and I’m glad I did. I needed to pressure wash my house and this machine did an awesome job. It is so easy to put together which took me no more than 10-15 minutes at the most. Once I got it together it was so easy to use this pressure washer trust me if I can do it so can you. I’m so glad I decided to make this purchase I’m going to pressure wash everything that I can think of 🙂.

I was very pleased with the construction, assembly was very simple, and after adding oil and fuel, it started up on the first crank, unbelievable!! I used it for about 20 minutes to break it in and was very impressed with the operation. Very good pressure!

I got this pressure washer last week because I have to replace it. I used it to clean driveway and the house in which I am so happy with this product. It preformed better than I thought. I am very well pleased with it plus it started on the first pull.

I’ve used a number of different brand gas pressure washers over time and this unit beats them all for two very important reasons. 1) I’ve never used a new product that started on the very FIRST pull and 2) this is crazy powerful. One note: if you’re going to use it on wood be sure to test it first with the 40 dergree white tip- as I said it’s powerful
