Pressure washer arrived two days before expected delivery date and was not damaged at all. There are a three items that need to be assembled on unit, however, assembly was simple and fully detailed in instruction booklet. Parts for each are came in separate clear bags and had a sticker on it identifying the parts in the bag. Operation is just like power washers that I have used in the past, so no learning curve. Product performed as expected and without any problems.

I had to replace an old pressure washer because the pump stopped working. I researched this product to find out if it had any problems. Although there were a few negative reviews, most were positive. So I bought it. It has performed better than I could have ever expected.

Only got so far as to assemble (quite easy), start up, and test in a small area of concrete. Did a great job, but time will tell. Didn't give it 5 stars because the wheels are plastic rather than rubber, but like the fact that they are large diameter.

When I purchased this, I thought I was buying a "low end" price saving item. But once it was delivered, I was surprised on the quality of this machine. First off, it was well packaged to prevent damage. Assembly was easy and ALL the parts to this washer are of high quality. Not what I expected. It's built like a truck. I expect many hours of use out of this. It sure seems like it will go the distance.

The assembly and startup were straight forward and relatively easy per the instructions. The washer works good for cleaning cement and is easy to move around. I purchased it to help clean my deck, siding, cement driveways and patio and sidewalks. It has plenty of power. I only wish there was a feature to select a lower pressure at times but I knew it didn't have that option before I bought it (that's the only reason I rated it 4 stars instead of 5).

I am so excited with my new power washer and the reviews that I have seen. I love the soap container feature which allows me to use different products and not be limited to special bottles and hoses. I had an old craftsman that I thought would last longer.. The 3400 was also quite easy to assemble

I got this to replace an old electric pressure washer that wasn't getting the job done anymore. My brother has a Westinghouse pressure washer and says how much he likes it. I'm glad I got this Westinghouse with 3400 psi. Assembly was easy. Startup was easy and the power is amazingly strong. After two days using and several hours each day I'm still impressed. The only thing I wish is there was some way to lock the trigger so I wouldn't have to squeeze the trigger the whole time. I highly RECOMEND this washer.
