I have always used Craftsman products BUT the pressure washer I was looking for by craftsman was not in stock so I purchased the WPX3400. All I can say is I will never go back to a different manufacturer. The power behind this is insanely better than my previous craftsman, and it was a higher rated psi! 1-2 pull to start (typically 1) and it has not let me down! I use this product 5-6 days a week! Since then I have purchased a Westinghouse Surface Cleaner and Foam Cannon and I can’t wait to see what else this company has to offer!

Replaced our disappointing electric pressure washer with this powerful gas one. The power this thing has for its price is incredible! The fact that it is so small and lightweight is a huge plus, as I often take my pressure washer on the go. The only issue I have with it is that it is difficult to start: the pull rope requires much more arm strength than those on my other small engines. Additionally, given that the pressure washer is so lightweight, you really have to hold it down firmly while pulling the starter rope so that the whole caboose doesn't go flying towards you!

This replaces my 15 year old Troy-bilt which finally gave up the ghost. I picked this one because of the increased GPM rating, better pump mounting position (on the back vs underneath) and integrated soap tank. It came almost fully assembled, just needing a few little pieces to be installed. I like the push buttons securing the handle so it easily stores for the winter. Great value for the money.

I purchased the Westinghouse 3400 2.6 gpm gas pressure washer base on the great reviews. Easy set up start on second pull and worked flawless. Very powerful and easy to use. The 16.5 surface cleaner also works great. Can't imagine cleaning a driveway without it, saves hours.

Put mine together and only used it a short time, but it started right up and did what I expected it to do. Lost a star for me because of where the hose hooks to the wand. And the hose that comes with the unit is garbage, but those are easy to buy something different.

My tried and true former power washer finally bit the dust so I took a chance on this one. I was surprised by the ease of assembly and impressed that it was actually more GPM than my last! Very satisfied with this purchase and would highly recommend it!

I recently bought this pressure washer to replace an electric one I had for many years that broke. With this machine I'm now able to pressure wash my sidewalk, which I wasn't able to before since this machine is much more powerful. The soap dispenser is a nice feature. I also purchased the 50 ft hose and surface cleaner attachment to make my pressure washing jobs around the house faster. Overall, very happy with this machine.

Just bought product. Delivery was on time and all parts were in the box. I think I may need to purchase a longer hose or an extension. Initial starting took a bit of pulling but after getting the start settings right it started. On the face of it, it looks good. If things change I will add to his post.

Purchased a 3400 series last week and I’ve already completed cleaning my lanai, entranceway. three car wide driveway. sidewalk, and curb. Set up on the unit out of the box was straightforward with clear instructions. Unit is shipped with no oil in the engine, but oil is provided in the crate. Power & pressure was sufficient to clean hard to remove stains mildew. The unit came with five nozzles, and I purchased the rotating cone and the 15 inch circular pavement cleaner. The unit has a large gas tank that will provide about an hour of cleaning and includes a filter screen to prevent debris in your gas tank. Overall, the washer performed excellent and I’m very satisfied with the purchase. There are a couple of caveats to be aware of. First , the unit can be hard to start in full choke mode and I’d recommend using a lesser setting to start it. Second, there is no place to put your foot when starting the pressure washer which can be challenging if you’re pulling through a compression cycle. Third, the handle comes with a rubber grip, which is only about 2/3rd the size of the handle, I’m unsure why they didn’t make it the full length; kind of a silly oversight that would’ve made handling the unit so much more comfortable. Lastly, there are grommets for all five nozzle options, but not a sixth one for the cone, which they push very hard to sell you. No idea why they didn’t make a sixth hole as there is space for it. I’ll drill it out myself. The only item I wouldn’t recommend is the 15 inch deck cleaner. While it lifted off a moderate level of dirt and grime it does it compare to the cone and nozzles. For the price there are better options for that product. I would highly recommend the 3400 series for home use.

I just bought it and put it together. The directions were good but the illustrations could have been a little clearer. What was really nice was that all the parts and their hardware were packaged together in separate, labeled bags. That way there was no confusion about which nuts and bolts went with each part. There wasn't alot to the assembly but it was still very nice not having to sort through all the parts for each step, I am looking forward to using the completed pressure washer soon.
