Bought this last month and it was very easy to assemble. Works great! It has the power to remove the worst dirt and grime on old concrete. Made it look like new and was very easy to use. Starts every time with two pulls. I love it compared to me old ones that were always a problem and didn't clean well.

Just purchased this power washer and whatever assembly was required was a breeze. Great instructions and all parts were present and perfect. I’m sure this washer will perform as expected. Can’t use yet as our weather forecast says rain for the next 5 days. But will submit a report review regarding operations of this unit.

When I received my p washer it looked good except for the clear hose from the soap dispenser to the pump. It was bent over near 90°. This would cause poor soap output plus tax the pump, so I cut off the damaged portion & reinserted the hose. Maybe a cardboard protector would help w future shipments. I’m looking forward to using my machine. Thank you.

Used it for the first time a couple of days ago. Nearly impossible to start but once it’s going it’s fine. HOWEVER if it’s turned off and we attempt to restart it within 10 minutes, the pull FREEZES UP and it backfires. Yes, it’s new gasoline, we used the oil it came with. We are calling customer service on Monday and hopefully they can figure it out.

Ordered this gas power washer when our electric power washer died in the middle of cleaning our pool deck. The gas powered washer has so much more power than the electric one ever had! It made short work of cleaning the trex (even without soap), and did a great job on all the nooks and crannies of the stairs and around the railings. Super easy to assemble -- Instructions emphasize to always make sure you have your water source running when you turn the machine on. We may make a little reminder tag to hang on it so we never mess up -- Got to figure it would cause some damage. Easily blasts mold off pressure treated fencing, but also takes a little of your stain along with it, so watch your pressure. Did a fabulous job cleaning up the pool ladder before putting it back into the pool -- Really gets into all the crevices. Expensive item to purchase, but feel it is well worth the money and hoping it lasts for many, many projects.

I purchased this machine a month ago final cracked the seal ready to go straight out the box its loaded with power sprayed my house cleaned my mowers cleaned the deck I recommend u get the turbo nozzle that's what I used all day full of power be careful it will peel paint if u not careful so stay at least 4-5 feet lol

I bought this a couple weeks ago and it has been everything I was told about Westinghouse pressure washers and then some. I would purchase over any other pressure washer products. It is well made and top of the market product No one else beats Westinghouse products. This is a honest review nothing made up.

I've only used the power washer a few times, but so far so good. Only problem I have has is that the 50' hose from the pump to the spare gun sprung a leak after an hour. Poor quality. Also, the soap tank appears to be leaking. I have still to confirm a leak, but there's liquid on my garage floor in two places.

Very happy after using it twice. A lot of power in a small package. It’s very fuel efficient. I can go almost two hours on a tank of gas. My only complaint would be that when you spray and put a full load on it the washer vibrates so much that it slides across the driveway the front rubber bumper drags the ground and marked up the driveway.

Used it last year worked like a dream. Pulled it out this year and started to work with no issues. Took a break to eat lunch and came back and it started like normal but I couldn’t get any pressure. Not sure if the pump went up or not but shouldn’t have any issues for only using twice.
