I recently purchased this power washer WPX3400 based on the Consumer Reports rating. The power washer definitely meets the high rating given by CR. The hook up of the pressure, water hoses and starting of the machine was very easy to do. The available pressure makes short work of deck cleaning and algae removal from my concrete sidewalks and driveway. I am very satisfied with this piece of equipment and am looking forward to using it to wash my house siding and on my automobile projects. Thanks for an efficient effective cleaning power house.

I would not recommend this product. While when it worked it seemed to do the job, but after about 15-20 hours of use the pump started leaking oil. I contacted the company and they said the pump only had a 30 day warranty. They diagnosed the issue from 1 picture I sent them. Weird. I am guessing this is a common issue along with many others I have seen in the reviews. Shop around and buy a different brand.

My old GP washer finally crashed out on me. I have never tried Westinghouse before so with it being on sale I decided to pull the trigger. Great engine and the pressure is awesome. It's got more oomph than my last one. Looking forward to years of service with this one.

I purchased the WPX3400 gas pressure washer because it has received grand reviews. The machine has excellent power and cleans surfaces with ease. The Westhouse engine ran well and never stalled while I completed several jobs. The multiple nozzle selections for varied uses are readily accessible. There are three reasons for my 4-star rating: 1) I don't believe plastic push rivets were a wise choice for mounting the blue panel on the front of the machine. The machine's vibration when in operation has already popped one of the rivets. 2) Starting the machine has not been an easy task. It has required many pulls on the cord before the engine runs. 3) I would appreciate a spray lance extension for those of us who are tall.

Unpacking and assembling was very easy with detailed instructions. Everything was included sans gas to get things going. Unit performed as advertised. I found the white nozzle to work best on decking and building siding. Read the manual. They give good maintenance tips for short term and long term storage.

We received this power washer as a housewarming gift, and we are so grateful for it. The power it delivers is impressive—it cleaned everything far better than we expected. We were able to tackle our siding, driveway, fence, and sidewalks all in a reasonable amount of time, and the results looked great. It’s easy to use, efficient, and gets the job done without hassle. This has quickly become one of the most useful tools we own. Highly recommend!

I seem to be having trouble with the soap dispenser. When using the soap, I will get some soapy bubbles, but they seemed to run out quickly. I'm thinking there may be a leak in the soap reservoir but I have not had time to determine if that is the case. Other than that, this is an excellent pressure washer. It was easy to assemble and easy for me to start and operate.

I bought this pressure washer a few weeks ago and used it a few times now - it works fantastic! I was able to clean an outdoor concrete slab that had years of grit, dirt, build up on it and make it look almost like new again! The only issue I have is that the high pressure hose is not very flexible and I didn’t notice it was close to an area that gets hot and already have a couple of small spots where started melting through - I will be buying a better hose but other than that, I highly recommend this pressure washer!!! One suggestion would be to manufacture the handle with an optional hand lock so you don’t have to hold the trigger continuously, especially while using it for longer periods of time!

Just delivered, appears complete, no damage (that's always a good start!). Did quite a bit of research online, and was impressed to see this product rated tops or in top five best. We're planning to assemble in the next day or two, and will be washing the outside of house, two driveways, and a detached shop. Gets three stars for starters. Will most definitely let all how it goes.

Looks like a good machine. Here we are in the middle of a drought and two days after I got it my well started acting up. So I haven't been able to use it yet, can't wait. The only bad thing I see is where the soap neck is located, under the front. It looks like it would be hard to get a large soap container under there to fill it. Maybe if it had a neck to one side in would be easier rather than the middle. Thanks Rick
